Poor communication skills in the service department. Made an early appointment so my car would be completed in time to finish afternoon errands. Never called until closing time to say it was completed. I called at noon for an update. Was told they’d call when completed.

Purchased used truck didn’t drive it 100 miles check Engine light came on. Purchased their five star warranty when I bought the truck. It did not cover problem. I personally think someone cleared codes on truck before I purchased it.

False advertising. I Drove over 4 hours to look at a car that was trashed.
