Brian Moldenhauer our Sales Rep was AMAZING!! After several phone calls and texts in reference to purchasing a Acadia, Brian never once made me feel like... I was bother, matter of fact he went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. Prior to driving 5 hours to this dealership,"again" our exceptions went above what we were expecting! It is a Beautiful dealership with a very large selection of vehicles. Brian Moldenhauer is not your typical salesman nor is the Lighthouse dealership! After the paperwork was finished, Brian said "Thank you" by giving to us by $20 gift card to a local restaurant, a very tasty cinnamon cake (from a local bakery) and water mugs, even some for our grandchildren.. Not to mention all the time he spent with us making sure we were comfortable and understood the vehicle before we left. WOW,,the thoughtfulness of Brian meant so much! I don't do reviews but I felt I needed to for Lighthouse. This was an absolutely shocking experience for any company these days much less a dealership.... Everyone, and I mean everyone, was incredibly customer focused and some of the friendliest people I've dealt with. No games, no hassle, the actual deal probably took 5 minutes. Even though they were busy Keith and Shanin worked late to get us out the door with the truck since we drove a couple of hours to get there. Fair pricing all around and good people to work with. Do yourself a favor, go see Keith Edelman and get yourself a good deal on a clean vehicle with someone you actually will be glad to do business with.

If you get to talk to Mike in service, beware... Told him I needed an o2 sender in my car and I already had a diagnostic for it with the codes. I was told... it would be at most $89 for the diagnostic....uh I already had one....he said they or I didn’t know what we were doing and there still going to run their own and charge me for it. I asked even if I get my vehicle fixed there and he said well that’s the most he’s seen charged and could be less if it get fixed in less time. But I asked once again and said I have the report and your still charging before I show up and he said yes. I told him, I’ll go somewhere else cause I’m not paying before I even show up. That is when he started to get an attitude me and said well everywhere else is going to do the same thing. I then hung up. I then called Bob Grimm Chevrolet in Morton, il. I told him the same stuff and had the report and that service member said well how’s Tuesday work for you just bring the report with you! Well thanks Bob Grimm for training your people the correct way to treat your customers. Maybe Jeff Grimm and Bart Rinkenberger should hold a training exercise to go over lighthouse core beliefs that is written on their wall in their dealership which they say they stand by, which really doesn’t mean much...not the first time I’ve been screwed by lighthouse, if you don’t believe me you can ask Bart Rinkenberger about my past mishaps with everything that has had happen at lighthouse since I’ve bought my Jeep their back in oct 2018 just never wrote any reviews about those issues but will after this issue....

What can I say? NOTHING BUT A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Their crew knew what they were talking about. They were well educated ,very considerate,understanding,... kind and answered all my questions as well as my hubby's questions. BRIAN MOLDENHAUER knows his job and did it very very well. What I was impressed about is that they did not have to go back and forth and back and forth to their manager( like other dealers do), instead you deal with one and only one person until everything is complete. They also take care of you even after the deal is done. That is how it should be--we call that continuity of care in the medical field.

In each instance we needed repair we have been completely satisfied. We recently needed our transmission replaced, were given a clean loner with a full... tank of gas, were given updates on our Enclave and couldn't be happier with the service we received. We highly recommend Lighthouse Buick.
