We are a first time customer of Lighthouse Buick GMC, WOW

We are a first time customer of Lighthouse Buick GMC, WOW what a great experience! Our first contact was on line, easy to react to and the appraisal was spot on. We later made an appointment to meet a sales person as we live 90 miles away. Before going we identified the GMC we were interested in, it was at the door when we arrived. Now,,here is what makes Lighthouse outstanding, no fancy show room not an auto, just super people inside doors! And we appreciate everyone from the receptionist,closing, service, everyone was knowledgeable, happy for us! Not to forget our sales girl “Emrie” , without repeat, no we will repeat, Emrie first of all made us feel like family welcome to her home, happy for us, knowledgeable of all store vehicles. We did talk about Buicks, we had fun! At the end of the day the Lighthouse team came through for two “happy customers “ !!! Thanks Mike and Polly

Just want to Clarify a review that I wrote earlier and to note that my buying experience with GMC lighthouse was very pleasant and the team work very hard at getting me in my new 2024 Evista and so I truly appreciate them even though I feel I didn't get what I should have on my trade in I'm grateful that they were able to get me in a better vehicle. Thanks

Great place to do business!
