Awesome experience

It's apparent that your happiness/satisfaction with the process is more important to them than making the sale. By far the best buying experience I've ever had. Salesman Jon Tharp is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Not only do they treat you with respect and friendliness the treat each other that way.

A wonderful experience & awesome car

I feel so fortunate to have Brian Moldenhauer to work with getting my new car. It can be stressful, but Brian made the entire process awesome. I was so impressed he even took the time to teach me about all the high tech gadgets in my car.... a world of difference from my last car buying experiences. Outstanding service and love my new car. I will always go to Lighthouse in the future for cars. Ask for Brian when you go... he's awesome!!

Professional, personable, experienced, and fair.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service and overall experience we had during the purchase of our 2018 Yukon Denali XL. The staff was very friendly and Dane Zeller, our salesman, was very articulate and mindful of our needs with our purchase. We never felt rushed or pushed to buy something we didn’t want. Lighthouse is a place where you truly feel at home and are left feeling with a sense of satisfaction that is rare in the auto industry. We will be back and will most definitely share our experience. Great experience

My husband and I RARELY purchase a car.....we drive them till they nearly die! But I will say the experience at Lighthouse was the easiest we have ever done. Arlen our salesman was super nice and answered all our questions and kept in touch without being pushy. We will definitely go back when we are in the market in the future!

Above and beyond

Lighthouse GMC is proud of their commitment to treat their customers like family and it shows. I am on my second GMC Sierra from lighthouse Both times my sales team has gone out of their way to make me feel like I’ve made a good purchase and comfortable in my decision making. While anyone in the building can help you. I am a big fan of Keith and Matt Grimm. I Recently bought a used 2017 Sierra Denali. Do to my schedule and the time of year I found myself looking at the truck and test driving it after dark. Over the next few days I found little flaws that I overlooked and although Lighthouse owed me nothing, I asked if they could help me repair the issues. Without question, the dealership fixed the few issues that I had overlooked as a customer. These were not hidden from me, just overlooked when I bought it. Since being a customer of Lighthouse GMC I have gained new friends with members of the sales and service team. I’ve come back to lighthouse for accessories and maintenance that normally I would buy online and or complete myself. It’s to easy to pull up the the dealership and hand my keys to the service guys and speak to Matt to get lined up with a loaner vehicle. Matt is great! Brandon is my service representative of choice. Since my vehicle purchase Brandon has helped set me up with preventive maintenance, interior accessories and most recently a lift kit. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will partner with someone that does. This week I had the need to use my vehicles warranty and trusting Brandon with the problem gave me piece of mind. I had a issue that was hard to replicate and the guys in the shop triaged the truck until The problem surfaced. They repaired it and everyone was happy. I love lighthouse GMC. Matt and Keith in sales, Brandon and Matt in service along with all of the Representatives that greet me at the door and offer me snacks and refreshments when I arrive. I wish I had more reasons to go to the dealership. Being a “do it myself” type I have always thought dealers were a rip off. Over priced and looking to get more money out of car buyers. I am happy with lighthouse and happy keeping my hands clean. I trust that they are doing the job right the first time. Get some free popcorn and give Lighthouse a try.

Great Experience

I had a great experience at Lighthouse. Friendly and courteous staff made me feel welcome. No high pressure take it or leave it feeling. I would recommend everyone to look up Dane to buy a vehicle. I actually felt good when I purchased my vehicle. That hasn’t happened to often to me.

LONG STORY SHORT...I TRUST KENT WIEGAND

I had searched online for 2 months looking for trucks that met my criteria...then Saturday afternoon I found the truck. I ran the vin and it confirmed the truck was all it was supposed to be so I called the dealership. It was 5 mins before they closed. I was lucky to be transferred to Kent Wiegand. He took my call and was VERY informative and helpful. Kent stayed late to answer my questions and provided a level of service that left no question unanswered. This sealership is more than two hours away from me. Not wanting to lose this truck I asked Kent is there any reason I will get there and not like the truck. He assured me that if I made a deposit and didn't like the truck it was completely refundable. He let me know of one small dent. I said if thats the only issue let's proceed. He took my payment followed up with me on Monday and offered to send a driver down to pick me up on Tuesday. I didn't need the ride, picked up the truck Tuesday morning and it was everything he said it was. Cleaner than the pictures showed with one small dent. LONG STORY SHORT...I TRUST KENT WIEGAND and would recommend him to anyone. If I need another GM vehicle, before I search online, I will call KENT at Lighthouse BUICK GMC.
