I had no intention on buying a new car today 10/01/12 I just wanted to shop around and see what they had on their lot and what my trade in value would be for my truck. Tony was very helpful not aggresive to me and made me feel comfortable. I had a number in my mind on what I would pay per month in car payments and what I wanted for my truck they came under what I wanted to pay/month and gave me a fair trade in value for my truck.Both Tony and Bill are professional and knowledgable in cars and deals they can get for you. It truly was the easiest new vehicle I ever purchased. In fact, I was looking for a very low priced preowned car. The R & R crew made it so easy and showed me how I could get a brand new Chevrolet and stay within my budget. Mike found the perfect vehicle and Mr Russell got the right financing for me. I dealt with Mike Hummel all three times and he has been a top notch salesman all three times. Todays visit was to help my son Joe purchase his first car. Mike showed him the cars he was interested in and let Joe take his time, test drive them, and decide with no added pressure at all. Mike listened to what Joe and I were looking for, asked us our price range, and met and exceeded our expectations and helped us pick out a 2007 Buick LaCrosse. We are very excited about the car and Joe cannot wait until tomorrow to pick it up. Great car buying experience. This is the fourth car I bought and by far the best experience I have ever had. They let me take my Sonic for the day to try it out and see how it fit me and my family. I will defintly go back to this dealership! They matched my highest trade in offer and gave me the best deal on the car. Will visit in the future for more cars, used and new!

The service was great, Mike had me approved quickly. The environment was very friendly and I walked out with alot more than I expected! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new car!

Sales and Service have always met or exceeded my expectations. Took my vehicle home for the night to test drive it and was in and out of the dealership within a few hours the next day with my new vehicle. Plus, whenever I needed to leave my vehicle overnight I always had a loaner vehicle to take home.

Was greeted by Mike Hummel and asked what he could do for me. I test drove a CTS and fell in love with it. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out of the dealership (with my new vehicle) it was a total of three hours!! Something I have never experienced before!!
