My car was in the shop 3 MONTHS WAITING FOR A PART ! This was unacceptable . The loaner car would not let me use my ez pass charging me inflated rates for tolls . Lastly my loaner car was repossessed WHILE I was on vacation leading me to believe it was stolen - not smart .
