    Purchased a pre-owned vehicle in August through a very pleasant and fair negotiation with manager Dave Colotti. In December -- a month outside of the 90 day warranty -- the car had an unforeseeable issue and the Service Department confirmed it would require a material expense to resolve. I left Dave a message giving him a heads-up and, without much of a leg to stand on, I asked if there was anything he could do to soften the blow. Minutes later, Mr Colotti had called my home and spoken to my wife to let us know that he and Paul Conte Cadillac would resolve the issue with no expense to us! Thank you Dave for your sincere concern for my long-term satisfaction and for being a stand-up guy. I look forward to sharing this anecdote with my family, friends and associates as it relates to their prospective needs for a considerate and trustworthy source in auto sales and service.

    A few days ago I went to Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, NY to have my 2010 CTS serviced. The warranty on the car expired, so the cost to fix the problem was way to much! After talking with Matthew Schaeffer, I drove out in a brand new 2016 ATS! It took a few hours because I was so unsure about a few things! Matthew was Amazing, he was so nice, knowledgeable, personable, polite, funny, and most of all patience! I asked a million questions most of them two and three times and his mood never changed he was great! I left completely satisfied and sure I made the right decision. I have been a customer at Paul Conte for many years and have always been treated great by everyone there!
