The service staff are professional and courteous.
The service staff are professional and courteous. My care was cleaned after being serviced. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Employees were courteous and professional. The sale went very easily without your typical car dealership headaches. I would recommend Paul Conte for whoever is in the market for a Cadillac. Service advisor John Cusumano was a pleasure to deal with, and met all my needs.

They took the car in right away.
They took the car in right away. The chk engine light was on and they needed to do a diagnostic. Since it was going to take a couple of hours they sent me home in a Lyft. When they diagnosed the problem l came back. But the part is on back order. I had an important event that night so l appreciated them getting the car back in time and assuring me that driving it was not going to damage it
