There is not great communicating with the service department to the customers. It is understandable to be busy, but customers should an understanding of what is going with without feeling unattended

Bought the car back in July.
Bought the car back in July. Showed them the scratches on the car and they had said that it would be detailed prior to me picking it up. It never was. Also 2 days into the car, check engine light came on. Went to bring the car in for both of those reasons and they had me waiting for over two hours for a rental car, not even one of their cars. Had me go to an auto body shop for the “rental”….. had my car for 10 days. I had to contact them to see what was happening. They said the part they need won’t be in for another 12 days. Had to take my car back, bring it back in when the part came and they still didn’t fix the scratches on the car. Terrible service. They do not go above and beyond to help you.
