A disappointed customer

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I brought my car in for a recall, I did not even ask for a loaner because there is always a song and a dance about how you not able to get one. I left my car overnight the next day no one call me to update me on the status of the car. When I called at around 3:30 pm this is when I was told that the car would not be ready until the next day. I spent 2 full days without a car and I had to take an additional day from work otherwise I would have to waste another day by asking for an another appointment. My experience with Freeport Land Rover has not been good at all. I had an urgent issue with the car tire before and I was told that I could not be accommodated to go to my mechanic, unbelievable!!!

I would give zero stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if I could.. Bought a tire policy that promised to replace no matter what. Spent 2k dollars and have now had to spend 3k on 3 new tires and a rim in 2 years.. Craig and Eddie the service managers are the slimiest smile to your face and say fu on the way out the door people I've ever dealt with.. Wouldn't take my business there if they were the last dealers on earth.. One more year and it's fu to the mother fakers

Bought my truck at jaguar land rover of freeport. My Salesman was Joe Gomaz. He was extremely outstanding from the getgo. Made my buying experience very nice and smooth. I highly recommend Joe and jaguar land rover of Freeport for your vehicle purchase!!!

Unprofessionalism at its best. Booked the service...

Unprofessionalism at its best. Booked the service appointment for Friday, November 26 for Oil Change back in September. Got the appointment confirmation in email. Its about 1 hour drive from my house and when I got to the Jaguar Land Rover of Freeport service department, they were CLOSED. Yes, they were closed on the day they made my service appointment. How unprofessional someone can be to schedule service appointment on day service department is closed (Black Friday) and noone to inform me of this. I picked this dealer because of good ratings on this site but obviously ratings here are VERY misleading.

What can I say? I have been lucky this year to have had two wonderful car buying experiences in probably the worst car buying era of my lifetime. The experience my wife and I had a Freeport Jaguar was simply phenomenal. Our salesman Ken Weitz was great. He was very knowledgeable, engaging, and patient. My wife has not purchased a new car in 15 years mainly due to the fact that she loved her old car so much, and Ken could not have made her feel more at ease. The business (finance) manager Peter was also very friendly and not at all pushy. I would absolutely purchase another car from them again without hesitation. I would be remis if I failed to mention Henry, the Encore specialist who spent time with my wife and I going over all of the new creature comforts of her care. My wife loves her new F-Pace and the experience at the dealership played a huge role in that. Thank you all again.

I brought my car in for a cracked windshield and unfortunately the replacement is back ordered . Donna in service dept provided me with a car for 30 days , keep me in the loop, checked on delivery and once installed delivered my car to my home and picked up the loaner . I have been driving for 50 plus years so I have dealt with numerous service dept. and Jaguar Land Rover Freeport is unique in their appreciation for customers and providing excellent service .

The absolute worst car buying experience ever. Purchased a Certified Evoke and have major issues. Sheena should be changing oil, not in customer service. Arrogant, rude, unprofessional. Embarrassment for her to represent Range Rover.

Took my fpace in due to battery issues and was met by my service advisor Craig. I explained my problem and even though I didn’t have a appointment he promptly had my car taken in and serviced. I glad that I bought my Jaguar from Freeport because of people like Craig and his service department.

I had been searching for a very specific F-Pace and spoke to Steve Schaefer at Freeport Jaguar. It is rare that I write a review that is positive about a car sales person or dealership. I found Steve and the dealership to be very easy to work with and honored the deal we discussed. I would highly recommend Steve as he will work to provide you the best price.

I came in to purchase a car for my 17 year old daughter....

I came in to purchase a car for my 17 year old daughter. We worked with Alex Quinteros who was a good sales rep and helped us find the right car. No issue there. We found a 2020 loaner car and used the in house finance manager. He was also very good. Here is where is went bad, Alex told us the car was "out for detail " and we couldn't see it over the weekend, because of that. We took delivery of the car when it was raining out. They reviewed the technology in the car and that was another good experience. The only part that ruined the buying experience was when we got home the car was not prepared for delivery. Nobody even ran a vacuum. Food between the seats, etc. There is sap on the trunk. The fact that they missed the cleaning a loaner car before delivering, should raise concern for anyone who thinks you can "trust" a dealer to do their part. I will now have pay to have it detailed and paint correction on trunk, if even possible, and some other minor scratches buffed out. Overall I was disappointed. Hence the old metaphor "never trust a used car salesman". Once the sale is made, they don't want to know you. I called Alex back and unfortunately he didn't care too much. "I should have called him" he said. That's what I just did! Hey Alex, you said the car was out for detail, did you even look over the car you sold me? Don't you guys have a checklist or some 150 point checklist for pre-owned. I would like to know who signed off on this car at the dealer after the checklist? Why wasn't this car cleaned? Nevermind detailed. It should have been delivered to me in the garage clean, next to the showroom. you have that nice little garage for delivery but Instead , my car was delivered out in the parking lot , in the pouring rain.
