Quick and clean transaction. Manager Dan M. worked with me from start to finish. He found exactly what I was looking for in a new Jeep and worked thru the numbers meeting my strict budget. Took the drive from Kent Ohio to Malvern. The dealership was clean and everyone kept social distancing while wearing masks during our visit. I never once felt uneasy due to the pandemic. John B. took me, and my ride to the dealership, on a test drive explaining the car options in detail ensuring a safe test and drive home. The financing was probably the quickest (and least stressful) process in all my years buying a vehicle without strong-arming pressure tactics. While I was in with financing, John B. showed and started/reved an awesome Charger to keep them entertained while waiting. A great group of people who I felt a quick connection with. Real Down home folks who care what their potential and current customers need. I highly recommend doing business with them even tho they are off the beaten path but that shouldn't deter doing business with them. Tell them what you need and looking for and they will deliver. They did not play those irritating games other dealerships think they are being cute with while wasting your time. Straight forward honest dealings. (I've bought 7 cars in my life)

At the very least, they made contact and said they sold the vehicle, a week later the same vehicle is still posted.

I live in New Jersey and grew frustrated with my local car dealer not being able to acquire the 2020 Dodge Charger RT with the trim I was looking for, even after directing them to one I located myself at Daystar Chrysler Dodge in Malvern, Ohio. So, after I inquired about its availability directly with Daystar, I was immediately contacted by John Beamer from the Sales department, Working a few minutes with John and Dan Millat, the GM, the deal was done. I flew from Phila to Pittsburgh where I was picked up by Daystar and driven the hour and a half to Malvern, Ohio. The staff were wonderful to work with. And besides getting the exact car I wanted, I got a much better deal than that estimated by my local dealer. I highly recommend Daystar and its staff if you're looking for a car., even if you're not in Ohio. They're a great team!
