Paul was nice to us and took his time. His manager Rich was very helpful and able to get us to an affordable payment. A very nice place to do business.

The sales person worked with me know I was on a fixed income. He found a car for me which i adore. He brought it to my house so I could check it out. If you work with them they will work with you. The showroom was set up for the customer. Wireless internet so you could get your insurance ready. I am totally pleased with everything. The only dealer I found that would work with somebody on a low income and who had no car to go to the lot. Good going Sands.

I needed a 4x4 for the winter, wasn't sure I could get financed because of a prior repo , so I called sands because of their guaranteed approval. Salesman was great (Joe Davis), not only got me a vehicle but got me the one I wanted at well under what I wanted to pay a month, definitely one of the best places for your next car or truck buying experience, I would recommend 100%,

What a wonderful experience! I went into this experience thinking there was no way I would be approved due to credit problems. I was approved and they surpassed my expectations customer service wise. They went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. I worked with John Tabler and Ken Koscil and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. When looking to trade my v6 Mustang on a Gt, I called Sands to inquire about one they had online. Michelle told me the car was available. Drove to the dealership to find that my previous salesman, John, was standing on the porch waiting for me. (I had just bought a new Fiesta from him a couple months before.) He had the day off but came in when he found out I was coming to look at the car. He showed me the car, did the test drive thing, and met every expectation I had with my trade in and pricing. They even let me swap my wheels to the car I was buying. I was adamant about a limit on a monthly payment and I owed more on my old car than it was worth. Larry, the finance manager got me to within the dollar of what I could spend on a monthly payment. He even gave me discounts on the warranty package. Just like my prior visit, my experience with both these guys was a great one. They are more than willing to work with the customer on every level of the sale, and I will be a returning customer, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to be treated like a person when buying a used, or new car.

read all reviews from other buyers, the bad reviews are from inexperienced buyer's, made an appointment went up and went over the car, hooked up the computer to the car read all the output on the motor, everything was spot on, car was tight all around, the 2004 Subaru forester X is in great shape, it also tracks straight down the highway, put 400 miles on the motor oil is still clean, Sands Ford is one of the better dealers i have ever seen in my lifetime, would I recommend friend's to buy from Sands (YES), the salesmen was great person EZ to talk to nice guy.

I went to see about the Ford model of the car I wanted (theirs was the Escape) with hatch. I went in, and after a test drive, 2 hours of paperwork, several huge rebates, and getting more for our trade-in than we thought, we didn't even consider another dealership. We took the car, and I don't regret that decision

The staff at Sands Ford are really nice and easy to deal with. They took the time to show me all the cars that were in my price range. The sales staff took their time and answered any questions I had, After purchasing my car, they spend extra time going over all the features. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!
