Uftring Chevrolet in Washington

My experience with the Washington Uftring dealership has been very positive. The sales manager, the salesman who sold me my vehicle, and the service department employees are very professional and helpful.

Very disappointed in the service provided. Broke down on the side of the road a few days after vehicle was supposedly repaired. A error occurred that could have ruined an engine.

Very easy to work with, we have purchased several commercial vehicles and have been treated well every time.

Brock showed great customer service and my truck was serviced to my expectations. He also made me aware of a recall that my vehicle was related to and this work for covered, free of charge.

Was greeted timely and professionally when I arrived. Normal oil change. I was told after I pulled away by mechanic that my gaskets were going bad and that would need replaced but this information was not given to me when I paid. All info from mechanic should be added to my records,

Excellent service. Good people. Did a great job repairing my car. Cleaned and washed it before pickup up!

Issue not fixed. Have had other issues in the past. Needed multiple trips to fix each time

Oil change and tire rotation were completed in reasonable amount of time. The staff was efficient and courteous during the whole process.
