The communication by the personnel was very poor.
The communication by the personnel was very poor. I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this service department. I had to continuously call them for information. They had my vehicle for a total of 17 days and did not provide a loaner vehicle. Even if they do have a low inventory of loaner cars I felt as though there was no effort to accommodate a customer such as myself since they were going to have my vehicle for that length of time. There was no concern on their part at all. All I was looking for was a phone call from they stating what the status of my vehicle was at a minimum of maybe every other day. At least I would have felt that someone was aware and advocating for me to get my car. When you get no call for days at a time and then when you call they act as if they don’t know who you are it is very disheartening.
