DO NOT go to Salerno Duane in Summit!!! Their service department is unorganized and unprofessional. 0 stars for them! My car had a recall so I scheduled an appointment. They kept my car 24 hours and then told me they don’t have the part for the recall so they couldn’t fix it. I had to make a 2nd appointment for when they had the part. They told me the part was in so I brought my car back. Again, they kept the car 24 hours and then called me and told me they couldn’t fix the recall because they didn’t have the part, even though they scheduled my appointment and told me it was in. After the third appointment, they fixed the recall but they broke my passenger window, the heat stopped working and they scratched up my dashboard and gear shift. They are telling me it’s my problem and they won’t fix what they broke. They’ve now had my car for 6 days and not given me any updates. They haven't even offered me a loaner car. I’m still waiting for the manager, Paul, to call me back. It’s impossible to get in touch with their service department. No one picks up the phone and they don’t return messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Based on other reviews it looks like many people have the same issue. It is truly the worst customer service I have ever
It is truly the worst customer service I have ever received from ANY business. The endless problems with our 2023 Wagonner and the complete lack of contact from the service department are appalling. Weeks go by without any proactive communication, and the only way to get any information about your vehicle is if you chase them down. It feels like they couldn’t care less about their customers or the issues they’re supposed to be resolving. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. You can expect your vehicle to disappear for weeks at a time, and no one will bother to tell you what's going on or when you'll get it back. The lack of accountability is staggering, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Every interaction feels like pulling teeth, and each time you’re left wondering why it’s so difficult for a service department to function at even the most basic level. If they want to salvage any part of their business, they need to clean house. Fire everyone and start over with a team that actually knows how to communicate, manage repairs, and provide even a shred of decent customer service. Until then, avoid this company and their vehicles at all costs.

After waiting 3 days for a recall service which should taken 1 day. Then driving my car the next day and the flash guard fell off. Took it back to the dealer to inspect to have the tech lie to me by saying all the hardware was still in place and i will now have to pay to replace it. So I took it to an independent sevice station and was told most of the hardware was gone.

I had appointment for oil change on my keep and the job
I had appointment for oil change on my keep and the job was not completed for almost 2 1/2 hours later. I thought if you have appointment at 10 your car will be worked on then not work on walk ins

The Attendant, Matt, was amazing.
The Attendant, Matt, was amazing. I did have a problem with the extended warranty, I was informed by Liccardi that I was covered when in fact I was not. He was helpful, keeping me up to date with all the changes that had to be done. Now the issue does still exist, but he is helpful in rectifying the problem.
