My wife and I are faithful Volvo customers. We were directed to Smythe Volvo through the Volvo US Cars official website because they had 2 cars that met our search criteria. My wife and I were not super excited to drive 100 miles away but fortunately I was put in touch with Steven Riecker. Steven and I were able to communicate all week in anticipation of our scheduled test drives. He answered all of my questions in a very clear and timely fashion. And he had everything ready to go for upon our arrival. Without feeling pressured, he clearly understood our families needs and gave us the perfect amount of space allowing us to make our decision. He truly made it the easiest and most seamless car purchase we’ve ever made. I have to acknowledge and make a special Thank You to Salgado Piriz, our financial manager, who also significantly contributed to making the process very smooth. He helped clarify very specific questions with respect to the warranty that we purchased and helped expedite issues for us with our temporary license because we are from out of state. We are very happy with our new Volvo V70 cross country. We cannot thank Smythe Volvo enough for making this process the best car buying experience we’ve had.

Justin is extremely customer focused. He explained clearly that was being done to the car. He also stayed later until I could take Uber to the dealership to pick up my car.
