Worst Experience buying a car Ever
Like any company I am sure it is the person you deal with that makes a difference, my experience with sales person Helen and sales manager Tyler was the worst experience buying a car and most unprofessional I have ever experienced. It started on a Wed when I called with questions on a truck, I spoke to Helen who said would call me back with answers, no call back, instead a text that said still working on the answers but someone was in the store looking at the truck and she would let me know if they went home with it. The next day after not hearing from Helen and seeing they lowered the price by $200 online, I called again and spoke to another person. Upon them running my name an number I am sure my information was passed back to Helen who then started texting me again. I said I was interested and lets go forward, after sending her a picture of my driver license, a selfie and a picture of my insurance, I waited all day for a finance manager to call, assume to discuss price. Now I must also state that I refused to get finance or do a trade in with them as I was a cash buyer! Helen even informed me of her 1% commission from the kick back of the loan which I thought was unprofessional to even bring that up, not to mention bad financial advice of getting a loan to pay it off in 2 months, that is a good way to lower your credit score with an open an closed account and another credit pull. I was also advised they would not accept a cashier or money order and that I would need to bring hard cash or a wire transfer. So waiting on the call and getting ready to drive up there I already signed a wire transfer form at my bank to get things going. All day no call, finally at 530, I text Helen saying I am confused on the hold up and her comments about she is waiting to get me approved, my question is what approval I am a cash buyer?? So after my text she calls and I state I do not understand the hold up and the issue, do I need to talk with another sales person or a manager? I tell her I will give it one more hour then I am just done. So an hour later sales manger Tyler calls at 630, within 10 seconds his attitude on the phone I could tell this would go no where and he had no intentions to help the situation. He does make a comment about finance again and again I state I am a cash buyer. He says he will email me a sales contract, 2 hours later I received the most unprofessional looking contract I have ever seen, a faxed page with a picture of the truck , the vin number an sales numbers which we never even discussed and then a place to sign. So I go ahead and sign and send back and of course I never heard back, email, text or phone, Tyler is by far the most unprofessional manager I ever dealt with. Long post I know, but short story is if your not getting finance or doing a trade in then they do not care for your business. This is the story of a how a Marine Veteran was treated at this dealership.
Kyle a great daleman
So i normally do business with the Chevy dealer in Bloomington.. they made a very bad experience my last time around…. I gave up hope and in the mist of everything I figured I’ll get there part store a chance to fix the mistake… Kyle listened to me and understood the situation… he welcome me in and took over the situation with professionalism and determination to get the job done… happy to say I got the exact car I wanted …. Kyle is def a great sales man and I’ll be back for my Charger next… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars not enough you get 10

After discussing my plans to sell my vehicle to Carvana
After discussing my plans to sell my vehicle to Carvana for nearly a month with the sales team in order to purchase a new vehicle from them, I was informed the day that the vehicle I wanted to purchase arrived that I would either have to trade in my vehicle to them for $3k less than Carvana offered or they would have to mark up the vehicle in order to sell it to me. The staff was friendly, but no one could offer a solution. Very disappointing first experience with attempting to buy a new car and reinforced a lot of the stereotypes people have about purchasing from dealerships for me. My previous experience buying from Carmax was so much easier and pleasant!

New Silverado ZR2
The dealership responded to my on-line inquiry promptly. Rob, the sales person sent me a video to introduce himself and also provide me one of the new Silverado. We were able to take care of the deal over the phone. Great service before and after the sale process. I would be happy to recommend this dealership.
