Always a great positive experience with your service dept , my Adviser is top notch and always address my concerns with my vehicle The waiting room and showroom needs a little updating , it’s been like this since I’ve been 9 years old when my dad brought his Caddy in for service . Fond memories of the big candy bowl , but I think it is time to give a farewell to the old look and give it the fresh new look it deserves in the century we are currently in 👍 you can still incorporating a salute to the past owners remembrance? It’s Time to make the overall experience including the environment and atmosphere that so many of us come and utilize your sales and service a complete package .

Sales, finance and service departments need to better
Sales, finance and service departments need to better coordinate on vehicle pick up day. I was asked to forward all needed paperwork and insure the vehicle a day before pick up, yet the pick up of the vehicle took almost 3hours.
