My wife and I recently visited 2 other Chevy dealers in the Lincoln area looking to buy a new Eqinox. After those stops I was ready to call it a day until my wife said to me let's try one more. We stopped at DuTeau Chevrolet and much to our surprise were greeted by a true professional, Gena. We both immediately were put at ease by Gena. She was friendly, interested in our needs, listened to what WE wanted and said she'd put her best foot forward to try and meet our expectations. There were no pushy disinterested salesperson here like we had just experieced for over 6 hours. Gena listened to us and within less than two hours later we were driving away,(very happy) from DuTeau Chevrolet in our brand new Equinox. She was pleasant and very helpful. After our previous attempts at other stores, Gena not only got us a great deal she made us feel like real people, not just another sale or commission. We drove 90 miles to Lincoln to look at a car at DeTeau. When we arrived and found the car on the lot the first thing I noticed was a sign on the windshield that stated that the price was non-negotiable. That turned me off to begin with then the salesman came over and told us the same thing. That they would not deal on the bargain corner autos. Dealing on used cars is the American way! I will never go back to this dealership.
