My husband and I weren’t overly impressed with the salesman, Brian Clark. I basically facilitated the entire sale myself and had to pressure Brian when he lacked follow-through on correspondence. He blew me off on questions related to options and accessories that were important to me. All Brian did was brag about how many cars he has sold lately and how busy he has been. He programmed all of my options with the wrong email account because it was easier for him. If it weren’t for knowing the exact vehicle I wanted and only being able to find it at Duteau, I would have told Brian to kick rocks. My husband and I laughed on the drive home because he actually had the nerve to ask for a 5-star rating at the end of our sale. On the contrary, the finance manager we dealt with at Duteau was great! He was much more professional, less cocky, and answered many questions!
They have terrible service. Don’t care about their customers. Horrible management/service department. I was a dedicated customer for over 20 years and when I needed service from them I was turned away. Do to Sid Dillon. They seem to know how to treat their customers.

I would have bought a car. I live 6 hours away, they could not respond to inquiries prior to it being sold after I called.
Super easy process and friendly service. From the minute we walked in, everyone was very kind to us. No issues at all. I love my car.

I would have bought from them too
Matt was awesome. He was patient and let me look at more trucks than I probably should have. He took the time to educate me on what Chevy offers as a dealer and as a major vehicle producer. I would have bought something from him but I was to slow. That's business I guess. There was another dealer that I worked with too but I cant remember his name.

Worst auto shop
I bought a chevy cruze a couple years back. I love the car salesman. But the service center is the worst experience i will ever have. My abs light is on and i have a reader so i know what the code is. I went there to see how much it would be to fix it and the guy that i always have to talk to didnt give me any information. He just gave me an excuse and sent me on my way. So i decided to to to another auto shop. And i told them the code, he looked up the code for me and told me how much it would be. I will never go to deteau service shop ever again. The guy i worked with answers the phone and is bald. If you have to talk with him. Dont. Talk to someone else.
