We just purchased a 2023 Buick Enclave.

We just purchased a 2023 Buick Enclave. Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. Ryan did everything to help us get the vehicle we wanted. When we picked it up today, Kaden went over everything with us, she was so super friendly and sweet. We highly recommend Tom Ahl in Lima, Oh.

I bought my last car there, didn’t have any issues with

I bought my last car there, didn’t have any issues with it for the last 8 years, so went back and traded it in, got a good trade in value for my car so I bought my new car. Jayden was awesome, and got a great deal with payments I’m very comfortable with. Appreciate it guys!

I had my car towed in for an issue that was having couple

I had my car towed in for an issue that was having couple months ago spoke to the service writer about it at that time it was an intermediate problem couple months went by and the finally went out totally and come to find out that the car was out of warranty by 2 months even though it had only 15,000 miles on it. The service writer had it for a couple days called me told me what it needed do you want me to fix it he says. I was like well yeah cars fairly new has no miles on it I need the car okay come to find out the part was on back order be a week which is fine so the car set there for one week the car is just out of warranty by 2 months the service writer even though I told him fix it I need it doesn't even take the opportunity to call his Hyundai rep of the issue and the car being so close to being still in Factory warning just for the fact that I told him yes go ahead and fix it. I understand that a car in the shop covered under warranty doesn't pocket everybody's wallets as much as if the customers paying out of his own pocket. But I still cannot believe that that guy Adam wouldn't just take a few minutes out of his time and that one full week to submit anything to Hyundai. The car's done it seems to be fixed I have contacted Hyundai talking to a caseworker about it and now I am getting it handled on getting the part covered under warranty I guess his time is more important than my time. Please do your job people you were in a position to serve the people and do everything you can to make the customer happy a happy customer is a repeat customer and will keep coming back when there's no business in the shop and you hear crickets then you'll wonder why

I am very unhappy with Tom Ahl.

I am very unhappy with Tom Ahl. Understanding that they are a Christian company, I had given them the benefit of the doubt several times. Of my last 4 vehicles, I purchased 3 from Tom Ahl, and had problems with all 3 of them (no problems with the vehicle I purchased elsewhere). The final straw was taking my vehicle in for work, and them "not able to get parts." They were extremely rude, and tried to get me to rent a car from them--I finally got my car back after 6 weeks & requesting to speak to the owner (they never would allow me through to speak with him).

Had an 8:00 a.

Had an 8:00 a.m. service appointment and they called me at 2:30 p.m to get my authorization to BEGIN the work I had already asked them to do. Called me at 5:30 to let me know the work was completed. They close at 6:00 and I’m 40 minutes away. Terrible customer service!
