Kenya was my service representative with my Edge ST. She was very knowledgeable regarding the AWD malfunction error code and potential solutions to fix. Complete repair was done faster thank expected and the car is running great. Thanks Kenya!!!

I've purchased 2 trucks from this dealership . So this review comes from multiple purchases . 2016 f150 2021 f150. My 2021 f150 my sales guy changed the the monthly price (Jason) once it came time to sigh the paperwork . finance manager changed some things so the buyout at end of lease was much higher. This time around I thought it was a honest mistake. This time around I put $ down on a lightning when I came into finalize the same thing happened. JASON strikes again. Do yourself a favor. Pay attention to their shady tactics. He said the battery (ev)is covered for the life of the truck. When I asked for that in writing. He said he made a mistake. .. I asked that question 5 times he assured me the battery in the lightning was covered for the life of the truck.. I bought a truck from another dealership. When it came time to return my lease he played games with my return. And giving me my deposit.. DONT SHOP AT SAYVILLE FORD .

Sayville ford Monday - Order # 1069237 is a vin Sayville ford will make promises and never follow through. They sold me a new truck with scratches on the paint and plastic, and paint defects in the truck bed. They made numerous promises to fix it, pretended to fix it and actually made things worse. When I followed up they gave me the run around and eventually told me they weren’t going to do anything and it was normal to have scratches on a new car and that I was getting a bed liner so the defects don’t matter. I then left a review and they called begging me to change it. They promised again, deleted my review and refused to address the issues unless I gave a good review first. When I wouldn’t give the review before they did the work, they stopped returning my calls. Unfortunately I had high hopes and I tried to work with them but they don’t care about customer service, only their reviews. I would not trust them again.

The finance guy Joe is a snake oil salesman.
The finance guy Joe is a snake oil salesman. I went in to buy a $56,680truck. Ford's website showed $1,000 incentive and 1.9% financing. When I went to sign, he said the interest rate was 9.45%. In order to get the 1.9% he had to add all kinds of extra's that brought the total to $64,705. That's $9,000 more! The extra's included a 3rd party warranty extension, free car washes, and other charges that I did not need. Total scam. I needed that particular truck so I signed.
