Just traded in my 2017 clubman for a 2024 hardtop 4 door. Very good experience and everything was awesome. Wife is very happy with the newer vehicle!

Leased my 2017 Clubman with the help of David, Omar and

Leased my 2017 Clubman with the help of David, Omar and Matthew. After 2 years I decided to purchase it and they CPO'd the vehicle, even including two new tires. I have serviced my Mini here since 2017 (7 years). This dealership maintains great service and understands situations. Thanks to Fred, Hilario and Sotiri for all their help!!

Tested and purchased a new 2024 Mini Countryman

Service department is a ripoff.

Took our cars for service multiple times and each time I felt taken advantage of. Was told things were out of warranty that were in warranty. And lately, been given a loooong list of expensive repairs that I need to opt out of one by one, when I needed a specific repair done. They discount you slightly off a $8000 overpriced repair and act like they're doing you a favor.

Service department is a ripoff.

Would Recommend this Dealership

xperience was not the greatest for a first time buyer. One other dealer we went to in another state, was much more pleasant and accommodating and made us feel special (as they should.) This dealership does not call you back (as one review said below) and passed the phone to different people even though we specifically asked for one manager. As a first time buyer, they took us for a ride. They made it seem like the certified vehicle included maintenance and GAP insurance but as it turns out it was not and we def. paid too much. Did not get back to us after we called the next day when we realized we didn't need to buy some of their products, so we just gave up. For these reasons, we would not recommend buying from this dealer.

Best MINI dealer!

I purchased 2 MINIs here and absolutely love them! They made me feel like family with no pressure. Excellent service department as well. All the Advisors are very helpful and honest. I will never go anywhere else.

Reconditioning Fee?? Boo!!!

This review is related to their listings... they charge a reconditioning fee on top of their listed price. This fee should be built in the price. This is a tactic a lemon lot would use, and not something a big brand car dealer would lower themselves to. Terrible!!!! Makes me wonder what else their hiding!

Great experience

Great experience I bought a countryman Tom was my salesman he was very knowledgeable about the cars which got me really excited about purchasing the car. Tom took the pressure out of the process with his hilarious jokes I’am proud to join the Mini Family.
