I purchased a rare collectors car 2018 Shelby GT350 from this dealership Dec 27th 2018 and was promised the owners manual and the floor mats that were... not in the car. After months of constantly reminding them, I still have not received either. I even called Ford corporate to see if they could help me. Rob Portay was supposed to be handling this and never did. After multiple calls, emails and voicemails I still have not heard back from him or received the items I paid for. Talk about horrible customer service. Don't purchase a car from here. AWFUL!

I was without my Ford Escape for 4 weeks until the warranty was "approved", and a new engine was installed in my car. Not happy about that but at least... the car runs very well now after a year of a coolant leak problem (which was not Quality Fords fault).
