Go to DANNY!!! I want to express my gratitude and let you know that I am extremely happy with the service I received at the car dealership. Stay away

Stay away from this dealer for a service, waste of time, waste of money, bad attitude, I have a linclon aviator had been going there for almost year and half one time I went there for service cause of humming noise they told me I Have two bad flex Pipe and service advisor told me it's covered under warranty after 2 hours of waiting to get my car back and technician came back to me stating he put the wrong mileages which is passed my warranty limit and i have to pay out from my pocket no matter what. I told him to put my old one back and let me out from here . He went and came back after one hour giving me my car back . Second time i went back from them cause i have a whinny noise from my hub or tires the advisor told me i have to pay $200 for diagnostic and my vehicle under warranty i asked him to speak to his manger he took me in manger office which his manger have bad attitude and he told me no the diagnostic is $250 not even $200 they were trying to rip me off since the last job they did for flex pipe trying to make any money. By the way the service advisor couple of times i saw him smoking weed when he is in duty even when he driving customer cars even in my car every time i took it from them smells skunk Until i find out the service advisor smoking weed. Both technician and service advisor I usually take care of them and give them tips to avoid his attitude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER ZERO SERVICE ZERO ATTITUDE

FAULT FIXING A TRANSMISSION

This is 1st time I write a comment regarding any service. My car (Focus) was bought in brand new from this dealer and after 33,000 miles it had transmission failed, I brought to service and took 3 weeks to finished, but after drove it home and appx 7 miles and it had the same issues (shot off engine, could not shift to reverted gear, it could not shift to high speed, just 25 miles with loud engine, …). I brought it back to service and they said the clutch issue and need to fix with charging $3,500 plus tax for fixing, so I declined repair this matter and I think they cheated and rip off me. Another crazy thing that they charged me $200 for checking it.

Ford Explorer Sport Trac

My 2007 Explorer Sport Trac broke down with fluid leaking. I call Quality Auto Mall and spoke with Tom Dickman, the Service Manager. He was outstanding. He arranged for a tow company to pickup the truck. Once there they diagnosed the problem quickly and had the truck repaired and returned to me the following evening. Amazing service!!!

I like going to Ford for my car servicing twice a year - I've only had service done at Ford - I feel they know my car and take good care of both my car & myself.
