They told my elderly relative that her car needed $2,000 work to pass inspection. We took it elsewhere and there was no problems and the car passed inspection... fine. Dont trust these guys.

I had been pining for a truck for a number of years, so when my wife finally gave me the thumbs up, I took to cars.com and searched high and low. The folks... at Selinsgrove Ford not only had exactly what I was looking for, they were courteous and accommodating. We live about an hour from the dealer, so with our salesman, Tom Badman's help, we were able to get 90% of everything squared away on the phone/internet. After driving up this morning, having our trade appraised, we were in and out the door in about an hour. It was by and far, the most pleasant experience my wife and I have had visiting a dealership. The entire staff seemed like a big family, and were more than willing to assist us with anything. We will definitely be shopping Selinsgrove Ford for my next vehicle.

First of all I HATE car shopping. I stopped in just checking some things out, planning on buying but not for a few months. Brenda is wonderful, she is... not pushy, she is genuine, and realistic, that does not happen with car sales people. I have been in sales 35 years, I know the racket. Todd the owner is AMAZING. I would probably buy a snowcone from him in a blizzard.

I can not rate facilities, repairs, buying process because my mother picked it out for me and made a down payment. I live 4 hours away and just got down... today to pick it up and was seriously disappointed in the quality and condition of this vehicle. It is a 2006 jeep liberty. There is rust under all four doors and it is not surface rust. It is rotted even the tailgate has rust. I opened the back doors and look between the plastic rocker panel covers and the rocker panels are rusted through where you can see the road. I know if the plastic covers where removed that I would find that a bigger section would also be rotted off. I can see fresh paint on the frame I can only imagine what that is hiding too. It was financed for 5 year what she told me I will be lucky to get two years out of it if I take it to get an honest inspection from someone who follows all the rules. The price that it was picked up for was in good condition which it is not so it was over paid for. The mileage was also quite high at almost a 136,000 miles on it. I have found better jeep liberties on craigslist for 2000 dollars less with less rot in NY State. I would not recommend getting a used vehicle from this place if you get a new one you might be ok. Not happy

There is a sign out front that says “christmas cash. $1000 cash back on ANY purchase.” I asked about it and they said it has to come down. And today is... two days after thanksgiving. I bet sign will still be there. Also was told they can work down the price just come on in. I drove 4 hrs to my girlfriends house near this dealer and they worked it down $400. I put down $10k. Just a little irritated. I like to feel like i got a good deal. I should have went with my gut so i guess this is my fault. Salesman are good to get you in there. I would like my $1,000. Should have went with the dealer i had back home for a newer less miles truck for the same monthly payment with way more bells and wistles.

This is the third vehicle i have bought from them every time it is a great experience and they will continue to have my business! Their service department... is always friendly and speedy and they have great service after the sale.
