Best car buying experience EVER

I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.

Excellent Service

Troy went out of his way to help find the exact car and options l that I wanted. He made all the paperwork very easy and covered the car in great detail upon arrival.

Very Helpful

Great dealership to work with on purchasing a vehicle. They were helpful and took their time explaining everything. Both salesman and financial office employee were easy to work with and very efficient.

Great Experience !!!

I just purchased a new 2019 Dodge Durango from these fine folks. By far the easiest car purchase I ever made! No pressure, SUPER price and quick on the spot delivery. Angel Shambach was great to work with and made the process simple. I recommend Zimmerman's to anyone looking for a no pressure great deal on any new or pre owned vehicle.

Made me feel comfortable in my search

lack of brand loyalty

having worked as a tech in a dealer for years i have a good idea how things work, this place is a joke, i didn’t buy my durango there so i was nothing to them if i wasn’t paying cash for something, couldn’t get a loaner or even pay for a rental, finding out fca will pay for power train repairs, which i had done, but had to take a day off work for diag and then not have it for a week while on vacation, then to top it off the body shop did the warranty repair but not the ins claim, didn’t even look at it, so unorganized it’s not even funny, icing on the cake was they bitched up one of my wheels scratched a brand new rotor and most likely cost me $70 at a real dealer to fix a backing plate shield on a rotor that was knocked loose so to whatever they hit with my wheel, so if you want headaches and damaged parts go here otherwise go to BZ they actually care there about you

Straight shooter

After having multiple issues with my vehicle that should not have been happening, I went to see Mike and he gave it to me straight. He allowed my husband and I to test drive multiple different vehicles, during what seemed to be one of the hottest and humid days EVER. He did it all with a smile and gave us the pertinent information we needed to make the best decision. He then worked with us (specifically me) to help me get the vehicle I truly wanted. The man even came in on his day off to assure we were able to get everything taken care of and drive it off the lot that day! He is one of a kind and doesn't beat around the bush or try to push you in a direction you don't want to go in with a bunch of fluff. I usually HATE car shopping, but with Mike, it was one of the best experiences I have had with a salesman in a long time.

Karma

After researching many vehicles in the area, I found the one that would meet all my needs including safety, finances, commute to work, and entertainment. I’ve had a long year of bad circumstances and during the car purchase another situation occurred that almost prevented the sale. Zimmerman’s worked with my situation, in the end I was able to purchase the vehicle that was right for my family/job and I was able to avoid a very stressful situation. They did what was right, not just for their dealership but for the individual customer and this made a huge difference in my life.

Truly the good guys!

Mike took the time to work different scenarios with me over the phone and then in person. Taking his time to be sure that he truly listened to what I wanted and showed me the options he had available. He was patient, honest and kind. I felt almost like I were there with my dad looking for a car. I enjoyed my buying experience and never felt pressured. He had patience with me and my <1 year old daughter that kept me company during the process.
