Got taken in the end
They wrote down my $500 deposit and admitted it was to be used for DMV but when I went back to get my paperwork they had it written that I gave them the deposit but said they couldn't find it. Talked to the sales manager and he said the problem was mine.

Profit over honor
Wanted to order a 2023 Maverick. I am a member of Veteran's Advantage which uses the Ford X-pricing program. I was told Verner- Cadby was not participating in the program for the Maverick and they are charging $ 2000-$ 3000 mark-up. Veteran's beware Verner-Cadby chooses profit over honor.

Fantastic Experience
My lease on my Mercedes was up and I wanted to get a SUV. George at VC was able to get me into a new fully loaded Ford Edge that was affordable and exactly what I was looking for. He was professional and knowledgeable and made the experience pleasant and worked with my schedule and found me exactly what I explained I wanted. Paul at finance was able to take care of my paperwork quickly and smoothly. I came in late after work and they didn't rush me to leave yet valued me and my time I must say I was hesitant to go from a Mercedes to a Ford but the guys at the dealership made it an easy decision- one I am happy to have made.

Great no pressure easy negotiation deal made on a new ford in one visit to the dealership. The knowledgeable salesman showed me the car, worked hard to locate my colors and options and delivered on a great deal. I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends

I had a great experience right up till I meant the title clerk she was very nasty about the plates , very bad customer service , very bad attitude towards my employee .

Terrible dealership
Do not go there. You will regret it. The sales reps are inadequately educated, the facility is poorly run by management and their goal is not to please the customer but to inflate their own pockets.
