Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest and Unhelpful!

Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest and Unhelpful! We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz from this dealership, expecting reliability and peace of mind. Instead, I was sold a car with a rusted muffler and a damaged axle – both serious issues that should have been addressed before putting the car on the lot, especially under a “certified” label. To make matters worse, the rear door didn’t open from the inside, which is a safety concern. It took them 9 days to fix that one issue alone, during which time they refused to provide a loaner vehicle or even offer credit for a rental. When I brought up the rust and axle problems, they refused to fix them – no accountability whatsoever. It’s clear this dealership cares more about making a sale than ensuring customer safety or satisfaction. When I brought the rust and axle issues to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or fix them, even though this was supposed to be a certified vehicle. I feel misled, disappointed, and taken advantage of. This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering buying here to think twice and look elsewhere.

Anthony was great.

Anthony was great. The loaner team was very knowledgeable. They answered every question that I had. I would recommend the whole Paul miller team to anyone that was interested in a Range Rover or Land Rover.

Wonderful! All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I was kept up to speed with my repair throughout the entire process. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else!

Best car leasing experience I've ever had.

Best car leasing experience I've ever had. From start to finish, each step of the process was flawlessly executed. Gene helped me find a Defender 90 that was nearly identical to what I was looking for. He was able to have the only addition we wanted that wass't already on teh vehicle (side step rails) installed at the dealership and rolled into the lease. I've never had such a smooth and customer service centric sales experience. Gene was super responsive, attentive, and friendly. Communications were always clear and minimized back and forth. Pickup at the dealship was awesome. From the paperwork to the onboarding and getting to know the vehicle, the whole team was excellent. Felt quite ceremonial picking up the vehicle. Really can't say enough positive things. Even the dealership is magnifficent. Thank you Gene and Team.

I was not happy at all with my experiences with this

I was not happy at all with my experiences with this dealership. I had a horn issue that I told them about and they wanted to charge me over 200$ just for the diagnostic on the horn system. I was already being charged for the diagnostic of the car in general. They charged me for the key replacement again that I paid for previously that never worked. Just to get a coolant flush almost 900$. I’m so disappointed with this dealership. They are a rip off. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this dealership. You’re better off taking it to a Range Rover specialist.
