From start to finish, working with Paul Miller for routine maintenance on my Audi E-tron was very streamlined. I appreciate their efficiency! Booking online was super helpful (as I tend to remember to do this stuff late at night or super early in the morning). Sara kept me updated while my vehicle was being serviced via text message, which was easy as well. All in all, I am happy with my experience and would be likely to use PM again!

Racist
Worse Audi dealership I’ve ever went to by far and I owe 5 Audi. They got mad because didn’t want to pay 2k noneness bill I could fix myself. After fix issue they deny my car to get checked/looked at for the real issue asked them for. Terrible people

While I am sorry to see the low rating, I think it's only fair to share some more information about what happened here. Your vehicle was towed to our dealership after breaking down. Upon arrival, we completed a diagnosis at your request. After diagnosis and getting a more clear sense of your vehicle's condition, you decided that you did not want to move forward with the suggested repair process. We do strive to deliver knowledgeable and straightforward service, and I assure you that we do not run our business to inconvenience or mislead our guests. Our experience was amazing. Our Audi dealer (Waleed Ashour) treated us with patience and understood our needs when we were shopping for a new lease on 2023 Audi Q7. We worked over the phone and when we settled on the lease option that worked for us the process was simple and effortless. I was able to take delivery that same day. Car was ready and prepped when I arrived at the dealership. We did the necessary paper work within the next hour I was behind the wheel with Waleed, who was showing me the new features and setting up my preferences.

Top-notch Audi dealer
The entire sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and the opposite of "high pressure." They worked with other dealers to find the exact car that I wanted, and when that wasn't possible (due to limited inventories region-wide), worked with me to find a suitable car in their own inventory that could be slightly modified (e.g., swapping its factory-installed summer times for all-season tires) to my total satisfaction. Pricing was very fair and totally transparent. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10.
