Excellent service and friendly staff. We were treated with respect throughout the buying process. The Ford financing was described in detail and the trade in on our former Ford vehicle was more than fair and closed the deal. I Would highly recommended this dealership.

Patient, No Pressure Sales
Purchased a 2010 Ford Explorer in October of 2015. I was able to take my time, ask the questions that need to be answered, and never felt any pressure. Andy Girard and the finance manager did all they could to make sure that I was able to purchase the vehicle that would best suit my needs. Absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with.
They approved my loan sold me a vehicle never put fuel in never cleaned it before I picked it up. I was contacted a month later and asked to return the vehicle because they were in competent and filed it wrong. All they can say was sorry really after u make all the changes needed and have the vehicle for over a month sorry very very incompetent the only money I received back was my down payment what about all the other cost. Now they have the nerve to send me pre approval notices I don't think so.

Tami, I'm very sorry you had such a bad experience at the old Kovatch Ford. The good news is we have a completely new management and sales team as of August 2015 and do business in a totally different way.
