Satisfied Customer!

Maurice Houston is our salesman and did a great job! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Avis and they provided another great experience. Brakes

I have paid good money to replace my front and back brakes. They seem to have a problem fixing them. They are still squeaking today. I am running out of patience. Please keep me from going outside of Avis Ford. I have taken my car back three times already.

Hi Ms. Frost, Thank you for the feedback. I reached out to Jon Richardson in our Service Dept who I believe helped you last time. He was under the impression that we had fixed the brakes squeaking on your last visit after having the shop foreman and the technician test the vehicle after repair. That doesn't not seem to be the case, so he will be in touch with you today to trying to get that fixed.

Great Customer Service

This new vehicle is my third vehicle purchased from Jeremy at Avis Ford. What started out as a internet inquiry has turn into a 9 year to date relationship. Working with Jeremy has been easy. He is not someone who pushes you into something. He listens to your wants and works hard to find the vehicle that fits the list. My newest vehicle that I picked up this week I could not be happier with. Thank you Jeremy and Avis Ford for my my vehicle buying experience easy and quick. I LOVE MY NEW FORD EDGE.....
