2010 Ford Escape

I have no issues with the dealership, Avis Ford. I have found them to always be professional and efficient. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of my 2010 Ford Escape. I've spent considerable money on repairs for this vehicle that I've never had to spend on former vehicles. In fact, the one time I had to take it to an independent repair shop, I was told that the "broken item" had occurred much sooner than it should have. I seriously doubt I will ever buy an Escape again.

Avis Ford (JZ) Review

This was the 4th or 5th vehicle that we purchased from JZ at Avis Ford. It was a good experience as usual. We looked at several options and JZ was very helpful at finding us what fit us regarding use and budget. We have and will continue to refer friends and family to JZ!

2014 Ford Edge

Rewarding. I was able to return a lease vehicle and purchase a new lease vehicle in a relatively short period of time. Also I am completely satisfied with the performance of the 2014 Edge. Excellent choice with help of dealership.

Happy Mom

Ingrid Henderson hands down is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with in all my vehicle buying years. She knows her stuff and this makes the process so easy and smooth. I recently leased not one but two vehicles, a F-150 for myself and a Escape for my daughter whom I surprised for her 21st Birthday. Ingrid helped make this moment a memorable one for our daughter, we got both deals done in the same day and she even gave us a BIG BOW that just added the finishing touch to gift. What an experience this was. I get excited about the entire experience every time I tell someone this story and the story starts with my ONLY saleswoman Ingrid Henderson and how wonderful, professional, up front and honest of a person she is, I will recommend any of my family, friends, co-workers and even strangers that ask me about my truck, where to go(AvisFord) and who to go see (Ingrid Henderson). I work at the Ford plant in Dearborn where I build the #1 sailing truck the F-150 so I thought "why not drive what you build". Signed VERY HAPPY CAMPER!
