NEVER GOING BACK TO AVIS FORD EVER

I had 4 issues resulting from my last visit at Avis Ford that supposedly the mgr would contact me to discuss of which I did not get a call as of yet. I called again and didn't receive a call back as well. 1st my vehicle was in service for 2wks for a problem that ended up being something that has constantly occurred with these vehicles over the last year I guess. 2nd - the loaner car I was given after the 2nd day of learning they could'nt figure out what was wrong smelled of an order I can't describe, I had to immediately go to nearby Meijer to buy febreze and spray 3xs at the store, stand out of the car for 10 minutes then sprayed twice again at home for overnight which then the smell finally went away. I Picked my vehicle up after the 2 week period and it had ZERO (0) miles to empty although I had at least 1/4 tank when i dropped it off. I also paid for tire rotation which did not happen and I had to come back the next day to have done, rearranging my work schedule. Lastly I asked if an alignment had been done due to the work performed and was told yes - I think or it didn't need it which it does, as of now my vehicle sounds like its falling apart underneath. I've patronized Avis Ford on several occasions (sales,body shop, quick lane, service etc) by which Avis making several thousands of dollars via the patronage which, I didn't have to do because it's actually literally another dealer less than 10 minutes from my home. So to not get a call back even after I sent all the above statements to someone supposedly in management to me is totally disrespectful.

We were very sorry to hear about the state of the rental vehicle you drove during your service visit. We wish we would have known when you first starting driving the rental or after your repair order was completed. Ford 5 hundred

My experience all good. I brought my Ford Five Hundred for tune up which thst was done . The technician checked for other problems. I was notified I agreed for the repairs, I was getting ready to travel for the holidays. Mr car is running perfect. Thank you Ford.
