    I have been dealing with this dealership for many years now. I utilize them because I have been getting the best deals as compared to other dealerships... beyond that their customer service is excellent and I use this service facility as well. Previous to this visit I have been with the salesman for many years so I was a little apprehensive with this new transaction. I was introduced to Lisa Deluca who is just outstanding. She made the process so easy so stress-free and was so accommodating to us that this was the most pleasurable experience of our car buying lifetime. Additionally a shout out to Christine in finance who is also unbelievable. If Christine reads this review she will understand that I cannot spell or pronounce her last name. So if you’re looking for a Nissan go to Denville ask for lisa and you’ll be on your way

    I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Chuck Metzger and the rest of the Denville Nissan Dealership for the excellent... service they provided on June 8, 2018 while I turned over the lease on my 2016 Rogue for a new 2018 Rogue. The 2018 Rogue is my 12th Nissan over the years, ranging from my first Sentra, through the Stanza, Altima and Maxima, several of which I have had the good fortune to have dealt with Chuck. I believe the process that Chuck followed was both efficient and effective and resulted in a relatively short time frame from beginning with being greeted by Chuck to the final dealings with the financial rep. Chuck was very informative from the initial test drive of the new 2018, through the lease arrangements, to the instructions on the various buttons and dials, some of which had changed from the 2016 model. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership, Chuck and the service department as a reputable and responsible organization. I would also like to complement the dealership as well for its appearance as well as the friendliness of all of the personnel with whom I came in contact. By the way, the coffee was pretty good too.

    Purchased an Altima from Nissan World of Denville. My salesperson Lisa DeLuca was excellent though out the buying process. She is very professional. I... would highly recommend her, & this dealership.

    Nissan world of Denville is one of the worst companies to deal with. I didn???t like the negotiating prices so I decided to leave. When I went to my car... they had taken my license plates off of my car and said that it wasn???t them, who was it. It happened on your property darn shame, I???m furious !!!

    I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! Lisa DeLuca was my sales associate and her low-pressure, friendly approach made me instantly... comfortable. There is nothing worse than entering a dealership and feeling that you will be "pressured" into making a decision the entire time you are there. Paul Paula, floor manager, was also friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to establish a connection with me - not solely focus on making the sale. Lisa and Paul went above and beyond to work out a deal with me for the truck I wanted at a reasonable price.

    To say that the treatment I received from James Sotomayor was superb, it's not enough. He went out of his way, to assure I would be a extremely hapy costumer,... and he accomplished his goal. I have never had done business with such knowledgeable and caring salesperson. James made sure I would get the car I really wanted and at a good price. He followed up by calling me, just to know if I was happy with my lease and to ask me if I had any questions about the car. I got the 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport which he recommended me and I couldn't be happier. At Nissan World of Denville I was treated with respect and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to drive a nissan. Look for James Sotomayor and you will not be disappointed, he is simply the best. I'm giving this review 5 stars because I can't give any more 👍👍👍

    My salesman chuck was the best part of the experience with his overall professionalism. I never felt pressured and everyone was very helpful and friendly.... Definitely the best place I ever bought a new car. I got a good deal on my Nissan Rouge without a gimmicky negotiation which saved me time in my day. I???ll definitely lease my next car from them when the 36 months is up.

    I have been coming here since 2009. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It only makes sense to get my vehicle serviced here - Nissan World is Dependable... and stand behind their work. Life gets so busy sometimes. I find comfort in knowing that the job will be done correctly the first time.
