How can you make my experience better? Fire everyone and start fresh!!!! This place is full of liars and thieves!!!!! This USED to be the place to go,... but now there is NO ONE I trust. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Have been a loyal customer since 2011. Boy have things changed! ! went in on this past Saturday to get a plug put into a tire with a small nail hole. Also needed an oil change and was close to 15,000 so had them clean filters, etc. Asked price of Oil Change - 50$ ok. (While I was waiting to get signed in for service, Marc got 2 calls LOUDLY complaining about their service - should have realized then that this was bad and left right then!). Marc came to me and said "hole was too close to firewall so I needed new tire" BS!! New tire was $257. Said okay. By the time my car was done, Marc Scalera, Assisant Service Manager went to have me pay my bill... I was looking at it and it didn't make sense so he "went through it with me"..... well, when I asked what things cost in the beginning, he didn't add labor will be extra (they gave me full prices with labor in prior service visits). They also put in an "Ethynol Kit" which 1) was not quoted 2) not required per the Nissan Maintenance Manual, 3) they didn't tell me they were going to put in!!! I also looked at the maintenance sheet to review what needed to be kept an eye on and what was good - there were 2 yellow items that were checked off which MARC NEVER MENTIONED OR REVIEWED!!!! To add on to my "delightful experience" I was asking the procedure on how to convert my lease to a purchase. Ernie Livesay - Finance Manager sat me down in his office, talked a lot of fluff, and then worked up a sales order. Granted I know my poor credit status, hence my wanting to see what things looked like. Ernie said no problem, fluff, fluff, fluff, fluff. Spoke with person at bank.... fluff, fluff fluff. He said I got the loan, no problem. I asked my payments, he said in the low XXX's. I replied questioning "X25? " He mumbled a rushed "Yes, Plus Tax". Well, that "plus tax" brought me to the HIGH end. I had told him I didn't want to go that far but I didn't the numbers until after I looked at the signed paperwork (yes, MY MISTAKE) He had also added in PLATINUM TIRE MAINTENANCE and another add on that I didn't want for an additional 3500!! Then he whipped out the paperwork, and said sign here, here, here, etc. In past dealings this dealership, as little as 3 years ago when I leased my car, they stepped me through EACH PLACE TO SIGN AND WHAT IT WAS - Did Ernie Livesay do that???? NOPE!!!!! Again MY BAD!!!! I should have realized this isn't the same NISSAN WORLD OF DENVILLE. I had been treated so well before, that my guard was completely down. Of course, when I called to get this corrected, it was all to late. Now I've found other financing, and will Ernie call me back???? Only to say he'll call me back - which he hasn't since Sunday evening when I had already told him I would not be available then.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Chuck Metzger and the rest of the Denville Nissan Dealership for the excellent... service they provided on June 8, 2018 while I turned over the lease on my 2016 Rogue for a new 2018 Rogue. The 2018 Rogue is my 12th Nissan over the years, ranging from my first Sentra, through the Stanza, Altima and Maxima, several of which I have had the good fortune to have dealt with Chuck. I believe the process that Chuck followed was both efficient and effective and resulted in a relatively short time frame from beginning with being greeted by Chuck to the final dealings with the financial rep. Chuck was very informative from the initial test drive of the new 2018, through the lease arrangements, to the instructions on the various buttons and dials, some of which had changed from the 2016 model. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership, Chuck and the service department as a reputable and responsible organization. I would also like to complement the dealership as well for its appearance as well as the friendliness of all of the personnel with whom I came in contact. By the way, the coffee was pretty good too.

I was very pleased with Frank Encarnacion’s help in buying my 2017 Nissan Altima. I believe I got a good price. The day I bought the car was a long one.... It took a long time to process the sale. I am still waiting for the second key that I am owed. I did recommend Frank to my aunt.
They had a used 2019 Altima advertised on line, texted me at 8 PM that it was in stock, 9 AM the next morning we get there and it's sold. "sometimes it... takes a couple of days for our system to update" was the excuse, really????? Then they try to sell me a new car. Just plain dishonest!
I went to this dealership to get a price on my trade in and purchase a used vehicle. The car salesman "Frank" treated me very poorly because he did not... like that I had a lease for trade-in. His manager came out to speak with me saying that they were not willing to work with me because of my situation. they both made me feel stupid. The salesman handed me my license and walked away. I did not know whether they were serious or not, or whether I should stay or not since nobody came back. These people do not know how to treat people. I would highly suggest to go to a different dealership if you want to be treated like a person.
This dealership should be avoided at all costs. I went to test drive a vehicle. The salesman I was dealing with was lying and pushy and made me uncomfortable.... When I asked to speak to the sales manager the sales manager accused me of wanting to test drive a vehicle and buy it elsewhere which was not true. The sales manager would not give me a chance to explain and asked me to leave. When I asked for his name he turned and walked away. I called to talk to the general manager but his voice mail box was full and I could not leave a message.

Never again! I bought my last SIX cards from this dealer and there is no loyalty, they don't want to work with me on price and have been down right insulting.... I will never buy from them again.
