The oil change was done quickly, and my entire experience was great, as it always is. The staff keeps me informed, the waiting room is comfortable enough for the wait, and everyone I talked to was courteous and helpful.

Upon arrival I encounter a woman working the middle desk. She was quite rude, rambling on about being busy, although I was the only customer in the room. Another service greeter Dennis took care of me, he was great. The mechanics came out talk to me and repaired and tested my car. Needless to say, everyone I have encountered in the purchase of my last 3 vehicles were great. So as they say one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch.

Ralph and Mr Masbeth are always friendly and provide as much in the way of rebates and information. No pressure just wonderful customer service and support.
