Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience at Schumacher in Clifton. I was told I would have power seats. When I received the car there were no powered seats and no mats.

Amazing service!! Doug is the man to see!!!

DOUG IS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TENDS TO THE DESIRES OF THE CUSTOMER, WE LOVED THAT HE ISN'T A PUSHY SALESMAN AND ASKS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR BETWEEN VEHICLE IT'S FEATURES WHAT WE USE IT FOR AND IF THERE ARE ANY ACCESSORIES WE WOULD LIKE ON THE VEHICLE. HE'S THE GOTO GUY!!!!

NIce facility Great people

I went in with a see what I can do and not buy attitude and left with a car I LOVE...I just as always wish the process wasn't as long and there was no haggleing. Time is important to everyone. Its not you its ALL dealerships. Buying a car is such an anxiety ridden ordeal. I just wish the salepeople would listen to our needs and what we can only afford at HELLO!!! Not by the time we say Goodbye..

great dealership

very courteous and friendly this is the second car that I have purchased from this dealership my salesman John Cociere made my experience way above any other that I have had. Tom Healy the manager is wonderful was treated like royalty!!!!!

Great service, excellent sales manager, the best

The experience we had with our recent visit to Schumacher Chevrolet of Clifton was excellent specially with the sales manager Jose Mesa. May God Bless him. The best salesman ever.He was so professional, so helpful & understanding.

Great Experience!!

Ty was a great salesman who truly cares about his customers and listening to what they want and need. He was completely focused on making us happy from start to finish. Definitely a people person! Dan made the most tedious part of the sale, signing all of the paperwork, a pleasure. He was also very personable and had a great sense of humor. Thank you to Tom for helping us get into our new Colorado and continuing to be a repeat Schumacher customer! Everyone at Schumacher was great. Very friendly, very personable, very welcoming.

Day at the service station

the service was good, an older gentlemen helped me at the service station. The wait was about 35-40 min as i was behind several other cars that needed to be serviced. My tire had a nail that needed to be extracted so it was a quick process.
