Shelly was absolutely amazing. Great communication and always a joy to talk with. My vehicle had and unexpected breakdown and she was instrumental in fitting me in a packed schedule.unscheduled maintenance is always tricky to navigate but she made the process work to both our benefit. It was a shame the manufacturer wouldn’t warranty a $300 electrical component on a $100,000 Denali ultimate unfortunately. But Shelly made everything work and I am grateful for that. Service center seemed inviting, clean, and comfortable. Would love to see Husker Auto group expand into south Lincoln as the drive is long.

We dealt with Royce - he was great. Loved his personality, knowledge, and no pressure sales style. We were a little late getting there, and he never rushed us, even though it was past closing time. We strongly recommend Royce!
