I gave a 3 because our salesperson was amazing.

I gave a 3 because our salesperson was amazing. He alone gets 5 stars. The low review is because of the finance department. Chas lied about the check they were sending for the license and taxes. He said everything would arrive in the mail within 10 days. 3 weeks later and I’m reaching out to see where the title and check is. After several phone calls and emails, Chas returned my call the next week. I was told the check was made out to the courthouse for extra( he estimated the fees at 10%). He said the courthouse will give me cash for the difference. Well I went in and guess what? They don’t. So I’m 3 business days out from my 1 month and I have a check that’s no good. The title department was contacted and no response. I called Chas and he had to talk to his boss and the title people. I didn’t get a call back. So now I’m waiting to see if they will overnight a check or reimburse me if I write a check off my account. It’s the empty promises and lies that will make me never return there for business or ever recommend them. Avoid this place!!!

So pleased with my used CPO Yukon purchase.

So pleased with my used CPO Yukon purchase. Royce “The Choice” was amazing. After the purchase I had an issue and reached back out to Royce who connected me to the Service Department (Marty Upton) who assisted in clarifying a warranty issue to my local dealer. Would highly recommend Husker Auto to anyone.

My wife and I recently purchased a used truck at the Husker Auto Group in Lincoln. The staff were very accommodating since we were from 3 hours away. Ardian went out of his way to help us schedule an appointment and provided excellent service to move the process quickly since we were from out of town. My husband and I recently purchased two vehicles from the Husker Auto Group and we could not have had a better experience. We were treated with such great respect from start to finish. We want to thank our sales man and Client Advisor, Bernardo Alvarado for walking us through the car buying business with all the patience and knowledge we needed. He went over and above to help us find our forever vehicles. He helped my husband find the extra accessories that he wanted to make his new pickup his own. Next we would like to thank our Finance Manager, John Hayek for guiding through all that goes into the financing of our new vehicles. He walked us through every step with great patience and knowledge, which we needed and appreciated. And finally, to Bryan Niebrugge for helping to make the whole experience easy. We will certainly recommend Bernardo, John, Bryan, and the entire Husker Auto Group ,including the parts department to our family and friends.

Treated like a customer every visit.

Treated like a customer every visit. Staff asking if our needs were being met. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and if he didn't, he found out for us. My most recent scheduled visit was just as good. Greeted, and taken care of again. Even done earlier than anticipated!

This is my own fault; but sales staff lied twice when

This is my own fault; but sales staff lied twice when asked direct questions about the carfax report and damage that was not visible till after the car was washed. Claimed accident on report was minor scratches. My body guy said it was minor but rear end collison required paint and was not done properly. Damage on hood was caught before leaving and explained as someone pry spilled something sticky on there. Not the case; explains why they kept it dirty because it’s not easily visible with light layer of dirt. Also the finance staff became extremely rude after I refused their scam programs. Not saying don’t go there but make sure to be skeptical and ask lots of questions and don’t tolerate their tactics.

10/10 recommend. I can’t thank Royce enough for the incredible support he gave me. I came in feeling overwhelmed, but he immediately put us at ease with his kindness and patience. He truly listened, never pressured, and went above and beyond to help my son and I find a safe, reliable car. My son commented on how nice he was, which meant so much to me, he even took the time to hang with us while we waited on paperwork. This wasn’t just a car purchase—it was someone genuinely helping a family in need. I highly recommend Royce to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy salesperson.

We were looking everywhere for a quality car and then

We were looking everywhere for a quality car and then finally discovered a great car and a great salesman Royce. Royce took care of me and my wife as if were apart of the family. In fact, shortly after buying the car the engine light came on and Royce took care of it with no questions asked. Highly recommend this dealership!
