‘24 Yukon has been in for service 6+ times for the same issue. Currently in the shop for the same thing. Seems as though they cannot fix it but aren’t willing to admit it. Communication throughout this process has left a ton to be desired. No confidence at this point in the dealership as well as whether or not any permanent damage has been done that they won’t tell me about. This has taken me completely away from GM in the future. I’ve spoken with someone with intimate knowledge of the dealership and they stated this was par for the course here. Furthermore, corporate GM has been of no help to this point.

Very good communication and prompt service. Friendly. Unlike a number of other Chevrolet dealers that I've worked with, they appeared to be experts at EV's.
