Zantac service is a joke every time I’m here the behave...

Zantac service is a joke every time I’m here the behave like I’m inconveniencing them I’ve not felt comfortable once bringing my car here! The sighs and the demeanor with body actions in there face I’m sick of it! The last visit I requested to watch the service being done guess what now it’s being done in the back out of view. Don’t trust them it’s a waste of money they are guaranteed to anger you. I still got a few cars to go in my life span and my wife I will never get another car from husker cadillac!

Frauds

Do not go to Tyler Lorenez he will screw you over. He thinks woman are dumb and can b taken advantage off. I filled with license board industry. I hope u get fired

What happened to salesmanship?

Absolutely worse salesmanship I’ve experienced! I tried for financing for a truck… and at the end of the day was told they couldn’t do anything… ok… it happens… however days later I get a letter in the mail from one of the finance companies stating they couldn’t offer me a loan as I requested but have options and to contact the dealership… so I did two hours before close… so we could have still made it in… but no response at all… I even called and tt someone in finance who just said someone will pull your file and call you back… wait… I’m confused… isn’t that your job! And the stuff is done via computer so it would have took him just a minute to pull it up… first thing Monday I contacting the finance company and seeing where else I can take my offer and what it is!

Criminals

Taylor's, Lorenz, and Lulow, Cameron plus o'Neil Riely are frauds. For financial and tax fruad of about 11000 they owe me. They said I had a trade in for 20019 and and had no trade in at all. Just money down on laon

My second car from Jared and he is truly a sales professional! I have been in the car business for 24 yrs and have trained many sales associates and he is exceptional! I live in Orlando Florida and I buy my BMW’s only from Jared!

Great Buying Process

Working with Drew Johnson was a great experience. In this time of low inventory he was able to find me truck almost as I would have ordered. The entire process was handled remotely but there were no complications and no bs. I have not met my dealer Drew but will stop to shake his hand next time I go that way. Kudus to Husker Auto Group and Drew.

Absolutely disappointed from customer service to...

Absolutely disappointed from customer service to knowledge and service all together. Can’t believe this people are even in service. The most unreliable, irresponsible, untrustworthy, I have dealt with in at least the past decade. Will be reporting this to consumer reviews. I NOT be coming back, and don’t recommend you to deal with them if you are a serious buyer.

Racist and unprofessional

Never in my life have I been so upset with a dealership. I put a down payment on a car and they sold it to someone else. I believe it is because of the color of my skin.

Good online shopping experience

We had been shopping for a few weeks for a truck. We had been to several dealers before we found the vehicle we were looking for at Husker Auto. We received a fair deal both on cost of the used vehicle and our trade in. Zach did a good job of communicating and getting the deal accepted. We did most of the shopping online and also the negotiation. The typical financial up sells occurred that you get from all dealerships. However, they were not pushy and if we said no they accepted our answer. I would say that the only thing I would have liked to move faster was the financing part. I like to get in and get out. No need to spend 2 hours signing papers when I had preapproval letter emailed in before arrival.
