Take advantage of customers

My wife traded in a vehicle with the goal of getting a lower loan amount and lower monthly payment for 60 months. Husker Auto group got her a lower monthly payment which she thought applied to the 60 months. Upon going over the paperwork at home it was for 72 months, adding over $5000 to our original loan amount and making us completely upside down in the vehicle we purchased. Be careful because they will take advantage of you.

I was impressed

We had expected to be in Lincoln for most of the day because if the zak tek reapplication and oil change and they were replacing some clear bra drips on a couple doors. They had us out of there by 2 pm. I was very impressed!

Excellent always

Trailer brake assist

Vehicle had less than 33000 miles and we have never had a trailer on this vehicle. Was surprised at the cost of the part and that it was not under warranty.

Good service Zaktec is oversold

My service advisor Jayden provided excellent service. My problem is with the dealer overselling the Zaktec product. The wait time is weeks because the dealer can't provide service.
