New Car Sale
My husband and I were interested in purchasing a 2020 XT6 and trading in our 3-year old car. We called a day ahead of our visit and the minute we arrived at the dealership, Brayden, Devandrew , Larry and ALL the staff we were in contact with treated us with friendly, knowledgeable service. We were given complete explanations and demonstrations on the cars new features and given a tour of the service department. The test drive went well and was informative also. We were given a fair price on our trade and were able to drive our new car home that day. A very positive experience overall! We will be looking forward to visiting for our first service appt. JJK

Saturday Service Center
After experiencing mechanical issues during a cross country road trip from Utah to Tennessee in our recently purchased diesel pickup, we can't express how grateful we are that Husker GMC was the closest option for diagnosis & repair. We arrived moments after the service center opened on a Saturday, and the employees went right to work looking for the issue so we could be on our way again. Unfortunately, the main diesel mechanic was off for the weekend, but another mechanic Jorge, willingly stepped in and did his best to remedy the situation. The service advisor Marty was exceptionally helpful and responsive despite how crazy busy the service center got throughout the day. We were back on the road within just a couple of hours, but all was not well and we had to turn around after 40 miles and go back because of another issue. Now it was getting close to the end of their day, and we were worried that we would be stuck in Lincoln until at least Monday. They got right to work looking for the new problem, and although we were the last people out the door that afternoon, we can honestly say that what could have been a really exasperating, miserable day ended up being totally ok in the end. We were treated with the utmost care and respect, and Marty made sure all of the problems were resolved so we didn't have to wait until Monday or rent a car to continue our trip. Jorge came out and shook our hands and explained exactly what the problem had been, and reassured us. These people know how to treat their customers and really go above and beyond!

Horrible service, rude people. I had issues with my car...
Horrible service, rude people. I had issues with my car week after I bought it would not offer to help. Didn’t even offer to help give a discount for the parts I needed.

Not bad.
Over all not bad. Definitely felt like I was being SOLD. Alot of small talk, not alot of focus on the vehicle. Sales man was very helpful. But I would have liked to be shown comparable options and more accessories. This was my first new vehicle purchase and overall the experience with Husker Auto group was okay. Would go back.

2019 Chevy Silverado
Overall was pretty good dealing with them. Dealt with them in the past and it was a waste of time but this time went alot better tried to get them to throw in some mud flaps on the deal and they wouldn't do that. Thought that was kinda bs since I just bought a brand new truck from them but wasn't a deal breaker I guess
