NEVER AGAIN

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! We were told that the Chevy Malibu I purchased was a 6 cylinder only because we looked at a 4 cylinder at the dealer next door ANDERSON FORD. I said at least 3 times during the interview at least it’s a 6 cylinder and not once did the dealer correct me because come to find out today it is only a 4 cylinder not 6 had I known this I would not have bought it and the dealer knew this that’s why they LIED.

Terrible customer service! Only care about money!

I am never ever going to go back to Husker Auto Group. I was looking at a vehicle and I had a price range. I was told they would be able to make it work within my price range but the price only kept going up!. Also the fact I had to correct him on the vehicle features means they dont know what they are doing! I tried walking away and they wouldn't let me leave! Only want you to finance there even though I wanted to go somewhere else to finance, but the deal was only good if I'd finance through them. I'd give negative stars if I could

Enjoyed experience at Husker Auto

I don't like taking my car in for repairs. I don't like spending the money on repairs. But, if it has to be done, Husker Auto makes it less painful. I work with Marty Upton. We discuss the repairs needed and he works with me to schedule repairs as needed to fit my budget and keep my car running. He has been quite helpful.

Sales staff appeared very busy, The desk manager answered a few questions and talked cars until a salesman was available. He showed a few options, and discussed features. He even showed me cars he knew I would not buy, but I wanted to see features of, like a Comero Redline Edition.
