Excellent customer service on my Cadillac XT5

Marty is an excellent service rep! I was able to schedule my service appointment to my satisfaction; I was able to wait while my vehicle was being serviced; my service rep was very professional and helpful.

Tire repaired. Nice waiting room.

My front tires were loosing air. I brought the car in and they found a nail in the right front tire. They removed the nail and patched the tire. They couldn't find anything wrong with the left front tire. Since the repair the tires are no longer loosing air. The waiting room was clean and had nice refreshments. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The price was reasonable.

Review

Customer service was very helpful. Came in looking for a used vehicle - not really sure what kind - but salesman was very willing to show us any vehicle we were interested in. Test drove a couple of cars. Decided on a new vehicle. Negotiating a final purchase price was a little uncomfortable simply because I wanted to pay less (of course) and talking money isn't easy in any situation but feel got a good deal. Made for a long day (probably in part because wasn't sure what type of vehicle wanted) so was pretty tired after it all and took kind of a crash course in the features of the automobile that were new to me. However, salesman indicated could stop back at any time with questions - which am sure I will take advantage of!

Horrible customer service

If they choose to use "Husker" in the name, then Husker Auto is the "Bill Callahan" of Nebraska Auto Dealers. They're incompetent and couldn't care less about you after they have a signed contract. The service department is exceptionally poor.

Marty Upton excellent Service Manager! Professional very helpful always customer friendly. He is an asset to Husker Auto. My XT5 is not running as I had wished. Still having problems With how it operates.

Oil change and tire rotation.

The services were performed and my car was ready within my time frame. Also, a preventative maintenance was suggested by the service person, and performed within my time frame.

Service Department's Marty Upton is the best!

Marty Upton knows how to work with people - he listens, he knows his stuff, and is patient with customers. He is ready for you when you arrive and delivers the completed service when promised. I think highly of the service department because of him. For me - the sales department is a horse of different color.
