It was an all-around great experience or salesman Richard was very nice and knowledgeable, very helpful we had called ahead of time and Kirk the Sales Manager had already dug in and found us all the rebates that we qualified for. They explained all the financing options and which one was actually better for us in the long run, not just looks good on paper. When it was time to sign the papers Chad in financing was great! Very personable, he believes that buying a new vehicle should be fun and I agree! He made the financing part of it so comfortable, I felt like we might be neighbors, that have spent a few Saturdays watching football at a block party. He dug in and found us the best possible rate we could get! He said the first rate was not even good enough for him to offer it to us! I was very pleased with the entire process!! Everyone involved was so nice and helpful, that is so rare these days! I really liked the fact that you get the best price from the beginning! GM Corporate should follow these 3 guys around to show their personnel how things should be done!

Purchased a vehicle and a day and half later the vehicle
Purchased a vehicle and a day and half later the vehicle would not start. Battery acted low and all kinds of warnings popped up. Tried charging battery and jump starting. Nothing worked. I ended up having to tow the vehicle to Honda dealership in Grand Island as it was a Honda vehicle. It is something electronic and they are still trying to figure out what is wrong a MONTH later. I contacted the dealership where I bought it. They didn't even have the decency to call back to follow up (they emailed). They basically said tough xxxx not our problem. They said their "inspection" showed no problems and refused to help in any way. They will not stand behind the vehicles they sell, and they will not do right by their customers. I cannot discommend buying from here enough.

Poor service and response
Attempted to purchase a car…After dealing with a salesperson for 2 days, getting some videos and answering my questions I have since gotten no response. It also took several attempts for them to send a video and text me after being told they did so. I even replied to a manager, “how was your experience” email explaining everything and yet again, no response. At one point while speaking with the salesman I was told Warren Buffet owns their dealership. I don’t think he would be impressed.
