We made a deal with Royce on a used vehicle and were

We made a deal with Royce on a used vehicle and were promised the glass chips would be repaired in the windshield and the missing 3rd row seat would be acquired from the previous owner and we could pick it up that week. They said they would call us when the seat got there to make arraignment's to get it and get the glass fixed. We had planned on just paying cash for the vehicle but were pushed into financing the vehicle. We never got a call and when we called in they said the seat wasn't there yet. Finally, after a few weeks of calling and emailing they emailed and said the seat was in. I called Royce and inquired if the glass repairs could be done when I came in to pick up the seat and was told that they discounted the price and the windshield repairs were therefore not included which was definitely not what Royce had promised us. He did say at that point that they would take care of it and would check on availability of the glass repair guy and let me know. I waited a day or so and then tried to contact Royce at least 5 times over a day and a half leaving multiple messages. Ghosted... I finally drove to the dealership to pick up the seat which was filthy and was told that Royce was on Vacation. When I inquired about the glass repair with Jason, he said he would check and get back to me which he did text later that day. While I had been waiting on Royce to call me back, I had done a lot of calling and had found someone that would come to me and do the repairs. When I asked Jason about them covering this cost he talked to his GM and they said they would only cover part of this cost. There has been a lot of my time wasted trying to just get what was promised to me but after the paperwork was signed on the vehicle, the customer service I would expect from a Berkshire Hathaway company was not there. I still do not have a repaired windshield. We plan to buy a brand new $60,000+ pickup in the next 2 years and will probably go somewhere else to buy it. All of this over a $130 windshield repair.

My Mom bought a Buick in August.

My Mom bought a Buick in August. I live in CT and she lives out in the sticks and she is 82. Mom had questions about her warranty and a few other things and wasn't sure who to talk to. She didn't like any of my suggestions on contacting the dealership, so I called there from work one afternoon to try and help her out. I ended up speaking with Bobby, the Sales Director (sorry if I didn't get the title right) and he was beyond helpful! Mom got her owners manual delivered to her home within days and she was thrilled! We got her questions answered and Mom was comfortable with the way they explained things to her. What a relief for me as well. As of today, Oct. 12, he is still going out of his way to help my Mom. I don't think I've ever considered giving a car dealership any kind of wow review, but I absolutely had to post one now. Thank you Bobby, for reminding me that are people out there who care enough to take a few extra minutes to deliver a kindness! And I'd buy a car from you and your team, well, if I lived in NE, I'd sure buy a car from you all! Thank you so much

This is the first time we have done an auto purchase over

This is the first time we have done an auto purchase over the phone after some online research. Royce was excellent at the question and answer thing. I appreciated that he wasn't a "text only" person. He made suggestions offered assistance as needed and generally made this purchase pleasant. Also a thank you to the guy in finance(?) who made sure I had all the right documents to sign. Even the guys that drove the vehicle up to Sioux Falls to save us going down to Lincoln were really nice. Keep it up.

Tonight, I bought a vehicle ON MY OWN, and I am 50 years

Tonight, I bought a vehicle ON MY OWN, and I am 50 years old. Up until now, I have had a husband to do that for me, but this time, I was on my own. I first found my vehicle on Autotrader. I sent in my request for more information late at night on a Friday. By 8:22 a.m. on Saturday morning, the manager, Larry Young, had already reached out to me. Shortly after that, Scott Heaton, the sales person who assisted with my purchase, reached out to me, and graciously set up a time for me to test drive the vehicle in which I was interested. During the test drive, Scott was amazing at showing me all the new features that the 2024 Silverado had (all new to me), and helped me understand the vehicle. He never ONCE made me feel rushed or like any of my questions (like how to put the truck in PARK) were stupid. Not only that, Scott was efficient in getting me my trade-in value for my current Silverado, and giving me a price that was extremely competitive with the other trucks I had looked at. Honestly, it was a very easy decision to choose to go with Husker Auto Group. Tonight, I picked up my new Silverado. Again, the process of getting the title exchanged, the paperwork signed, etc, was seamless. Scott had everything prepared in advance, and he was helpful in assisting me with getting the MyChevy app donwnoaded onto my phone, and getting the OnStar app working in my new truck. He took the TIME to make sure everything was in place and completed BEFORE I drove off the lot, and that was HUGE for me. I wasn't alone in trying to set up all of the new technology with my new truck. That was a MASSIVE help. Finally, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Chad Erwin, the finance director, who helped me close the deal this evening. Talk about a stand-up guy. Chad shoots straight with you. He explained how I could get extra protection for my truck, and for me, this is a big deal. I drive A LOT of miles between my commute to work and chasing kids. I know the wear and tear my last truck took, and Chad explained a really great program they have to help protect my truck (and my investment), at a minimal cost. I greatly appreciate him taking the time to SLOWLY break down the information to me - in a way that I could understand - and not pressure me into purchasing it. Let's face it, if he had wanted to, most likely he probably could have given me a bunch of xx like most finance directors, but I never once felt that. He explained how it had benefited his own wife with her vehicle, and that the program had paid for itself multiple time over. I can't say how much I appreciate how well I was taken care of. I might have been alone in this purchase, but I never once felt "alone". Instead, I felt very well taken care of and appreciated. Yes, that is their job, but this wasn't fake. This was genuine and authentic. So, with that said, THANK YOU, Husker Auto Group. You may be a large dealership, but never once did I feel like I was working with a large company. I will DEFINITELY be back when it is time to purchase my next vehicle.

I dealt with BOTH Rayce M. and Chad E they were both GREAT to work with. Rayce did a great job of being transparent, personable and knowledgeable and was great with all my questions via text and in person. Chad was great at explaining what my car protection plan options were.
