The dealership is unprofessional

My deal was a terrible deal I traded in a 2019 Yukon then I got $6000 for $2000 and customer loyalty and they overcharged me for my truck the truck was listed for 55 they charge me 58 they try to tell me that there was tax included I should listen Tax or not Chuck was 55 the tax comes off of my deal I’m 55 and my trader And they did not like when another dealer found out what they did. Service quality has dropped steadily since we bought our Encore from this dealership. Last straw was their charging 3% extra for credit/debit cards to pay already high service bills. We are not going back.

My daughters windshield cracked. I brought the car to the...

My daughters windshield cracked. I brought the car to the dealer. The windshield wiper transmission cracked causing the windshield to wobble in turn chipping away at the bottom of windshield until it cracked. Although I had a bumper to bumper warranty the service manager backed by the general manager claimed someone broke it and would not honor the warranty. It cost me 1,000 dollars to repair windshield and the windshield transmission. I traded out of this Buick dealer to a Ford that paid my last four lease payments. Brian Vaughn the general manager said there was no higher to go past him. Brian should remember there is always someone higher. In this case it was me. No more of my business or family and friends at McGuire GMC. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Typical bait and switch

Advertised a used Ford Escape on their website and about 4 other including carfax at $8882 called them arranged to come in which I did drove the vehicle and wanted to buy. All of a sudden they say was a mistake vehicle is $10999 what the ? Said ok if was honest mistake work with me what can you do for me after driving an hour and a half. They said $10999. I walked out and was paying cash!! BEWARE scam dealer!! Would highly NOT recommend

Superior dealership

It has been my pleasure to work with Jim Cipola for quite a few years. I just bought the 7th Buick from McGuire because of both the sales and service departments. I am always certain that I am being treated fairly and courteously when I am there. Dishonest

Turned in a lease from another GMC dealer, and leased a new vehicle. Weeks later receive a bill for payoff on vehicle that was turned in. After numerous phone calls ignored, finally spoke to sales manager, who claimed that was not part of the deal. And salesman developed amnesia, and didn’t recall making the deal. Don’t trust them!

Not happy

purchased a 2012 GMC for $12k on a Saturday, the check engine light comes on very next day codes P219A & P219B. personal opinion is codes were cleared before purchase, however we have no way to prove this. this was a problem for us due to we are from NY and in order to pass the emissions inspection the check engine light can not be on. Dealership un-willing to correct the problem at all. Jim Cipolla was our salesman, and he states "I spoke with Brian Vaughan, our general sales manager and he said he would not pay to cover an item that isnt apart of the powertrain. I'm sorry"-who sells a vehicle and doesnt handle issues that come up the very next day after the sale!? Total BS. Do not recommend this dealer.
