terrible service and rude saleswoman
I went in looking for a new car and was treated like crap. from the moment i went in the saleswoman lindsey was so rude and disrespectful, would not even answer my questions. seems like she didnt know much anyways. i will never shop at a store will a saleswoman like that. she lost you a sale!

Hi Mike, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent visit with us. I must politely disagree with you regarding Lindsey. She is quite knowledgeable on her product and enjoys sharing it with anyone who inquires. I do sincerely apologize that you felt she was rude and disrespectful. That certainly is not something we tolerate and frankly, we would not still be business after 25 years with that type of conduct. Due to COVID-19 we are operating a bit differently. This new way of conducting business does take some adjusting to as we solely work by appointment while our showroom is closed. This means the traditional, drive into the lot and ask for a sales person is not happening at this time. Thank you for sharing and we do agree, you should only purchase something from someone who is courteous and treats you with respect.

I really like driving this car, better than my x3. Still adjusting to dash technology, would like a warning beep to go off if singling to change lanes . Other than that, love it
