Response from sales is non existent once the sale is concluded. Pirchased a Jeep last month. Got home and realized the dealership had not included the... soft top in the car. Contacted the dealership immediately upon noticing the next day. It took MULTIPLE emails, phone calls, and texts, before finally having to involve management, before the situation was rectified. NOW, I have a car sitting in my driveway which I will not be able to drive after tomorrow because the dealership temp plates expire today. AGAIN, phone call and email has gone unanaswered. Went to the dealership this morning and was told my plates are not there and I cannot he helped with this until Monday because no one is in the office. I wasn’t told this by Steve Martino, the salesman, because although he was working today, he couldn’t be located! PURCHASE HERE WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
I brought my ST in for regular engine oil change. Had the airbag light. Service department had my car for two weeks and would not release my car until... it had been fixed. Said it was cover under warranty. After the first I called multiple times to get my car and they wouldn’t give me my car or a rental. By the end of second week I told them I’m picking up my regardless and when I got there they told me the “work” was not covered and charged me $500. The only thing they did was change engine oil and hold my car for two weeks. Didn’t turn off air bag light. At the end of day I asked can I know why the light is on and they responded saying we I don’t know. Very professional. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.
Our recent experience buying our new Edge at All American in Hackensack was a terrific experience. Joe, the General Manager and Larry our salesman couldn't... be nicer or more helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. It was an extremely hot day and yet Larry took us out to test drive both the Edge and the Escape so that we were sure which one we would ultimately choose. We have recommended All American in the past, and we would certainly recommend them again. Both Joe and Larry made sure we knew that we could call on them at anytime if we had a problem or needed help with anything. Great experience!

After been on the market for a sub for a while with many disappointments, I Went to all American ford of Hackensack recommend by a friend , and it was... as advertised. The salesman juan Fernandez was very professional and polite. Making the process an excellent experience. I got the best price around garante and the environment was very friendly. I recommend this dealership a 100 %.
My salesman, Julian, offered me an excellent deal on my new Ford Escape. I checked it with other dealers. One said it was a great deal and to take it.... Another said he was a liar and there was no way I could get the vehicle at that price. Julian came through. He's a great salesman and a man of his word! Definitely worth the trip over the GWB.

I purchased a Ford Explorer at all American ford in Hackensack and my car buying experience has never been smothered this is my first ford thank god my... sales person HD took the time to explain all options on the vehicle both he and Maleni made this experience the best one ever from the phone to sales floor and not to mention the manager Nelson who made me feel more confident about this purchase. The wait was not as long as I anticipated. The service manager assured me that someone would be available by 8 am to assist me.
