    If I could post negative stars, I would. I have purchased or leased vehicles from the All American Ford in Hackensack for 15 years. This is the last purchase... through their store. Every step of the way was a misstep that could have been avoided by the staff and management at this facility. Between the hamhanded way the sale was moved from staff member to sales team member to financing member, causing questions to arise that were not answered that would have avoided cancelling a sale 45 minutes prior to delivery, 24 hours after the sale was initiated to the General Manager that tried to save the sale, but couldn't follow up the next day to insure there were no issues lingering, every team member involved dropped the ball in some manner. Not one has taken responsibility for their mistakes and missteps nor has the General Mgr, Joe Fisher, owned up to the failures of his staff. These are unusual circumstances to buy a car. We get it. But the basic courtesy of professionalism, ownership of a problem, follow through and follow up, transparency and preventative communication would likely have improved this review. As an example, advising us there may be a problem with the FordPass app that is indicating an oustanding warranty/recall/FSA before we discovered it on our own would have been greatly appreciated. Instead, the response of condescension from any and all who were approached on this topic was appalling. As I said, I've purchased or leased from this dealership for 15 years. As recently as April for a 2020 lease that went so smoothly, we didn't even feel the bump from the transition. This sale for a 2017 Fusion was a disappointing and distasteful experience that has lead us to move our services and purchases, as well as local friends and family, elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

    Larry Rubin - total asset to this dealership. He takes his time with you from the initial phone call to helping you navigate the inside of the car. Nothing... is ever unnoticed. I have been leasing cars with Larry since 2008 and I won't go anywhere else.

    Our recent experience buying our new Edge at All American in Hackensack was a terrific experience. Joe, the General Manager and Larry our salesman couldn't... be nicer or more helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. It was an extremely hot day and yet Larry took us out to test drive both the Edge and the Escape so that we were sure which one we would ultimately choose. We have recommended All American in the past, and we would certainly recommend them again. Both Joe and Larry made sure we knew that we could call on them at anytime if we had a problem or needed help with anything. Great experience!

    Couple of days ago I got my car serviced in the Hackensack Ford Facilities and as a regular client of this place it was not strange from me the high-quality... service provided in this location. This was one of the main reasons of me requesting again for their service as well as the highly qualified personnel. Having the Ford Assistant updating me with the developments on my car and explaining every step in the process was excellent. I felt like I am part of the Service Team, in charge of the work that has been done. Wonderful experience for me as a client and the customer service assistant who proved his professionalism beyond expectation. I recommend this place for any Ford cars related service and not only. Thank you!
