Extremely Professional, from my entrance into the showroom through driving my new vehicle off the lot. EVERYONE was as helpful as could be. I am just not sure as to whether I could have gotten a better price or not, but in no way is this a reflection on anyone who helped me; it is more my being unprepared as to costs, features, etc. and auto ads being so confusing, since I didn't shop around. For all I know, I may have gotten the best deal available anywhere. I simply decided to by a Buzz Chew Chevrolet because of the LI TV ad, and Buzz Chew reputation. However, I'm confident I received a great deal and am very happy that I purchased this vehicle, and will, most importantly, purchase here if I decide, or my needs dictate, that I need a new car. After having a miserable experience at Smithtown Saturn about six years ago, where I was literally tricked and lied to, and then cheated, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at an auto dealership and I am 72 years old. Thanks to everyone who was in any way responsible, especially Joe and Andy. I almost wish I could walk in tomorrow and buy another vehicle, just so I could go through the process again.

Everyone at Buzz Chew is very patient and will take what ever time they need to to help you get the vehicle you want. The sales department is the most understanding of every detail. The service department goes above and beyond every time I bring my truck in for service! In all Buzz and Bryon Chew have assembled the best staff I have ever dealt with!

Went to dealership to get information on a new 3500 pick up. We liked that sales people were paged to the showroom. Other dealerships they decend on you like voltures. Buzz Chew is different they hear and answer your questions very low key no pressure. They didn't have the exact vehicle with the options I wanted. That didn't stop them they found one and had it delivered to the dealership they bent over backwards to put the customer first.

My husband recently purchased a pickup truck from Buzz Chew Chevrolet Cadillac in Southampton. I have to say that by far, this was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Nelson was wonderful to deal with. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. On delivery of the truck, Jason explained everything about It to my husband, in great detail. Chris was also a pleasure to work with as well. It was nice to see that when we picked up the vehicle, everyone seemed sincerely happy for us and relayed that they were thankful for our business! Great experience from start to finish, speaking on the phone with Chris L inquiring about the 2016 Camaro 2SS to when I actually went to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pickup the car. Buzz Chew was one of only 3 east coast dealerships with the truck I was after. I pre-ordered accessories to be put on the truck before my business trip and when I got back home it was all prepped and ready to go. One part in particular was a hard find through GM but they worked hard and located and installed the part for my pick up date. All of the staff that was there to educate me on the technology of my new truck were patient, fun, and kind..even remembering the littlevel things like a first photo. This dealership did not have a corporate feel. This was a family atmosphere that really cared about your experience. My salesman was Nelson Resnick. Everyone made my purchase a good memory, including the receptionists. Thank you. I have recieved so many compliments on my 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 Duramax diesel.
