Our experience with John Galligan was easy and pleasant. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us at all. He went out of his way to help us find add ons for our new vehicle. Whatever he didn't know he investigated and found out for us. Andy Hickox in the finance department was extremely helpful with everything including insurance certificates. This is the second vehicle we bought from Buzz Chew even though we live much closer to other Chevy dealerships. We recommend them highly and will definitely do business again.

I often don't write reviews on websites, unless I have a negative experience, but this is a circumstance that I will gladly go out of my way to write a positive review. After going to two dealerships within 7 miles of my residence, and finding the experience disheartening, I decided to try a dealer with positive reviews! I ended driving 75 miles away to find an experience worth spending $40K! I was able to purchase a car from Buzz Chew over the phone/email, no problems, and the people I dealt with - Nelson - was professional, friendly and positive all around! There is no doubt that this is the direction of all my future car purchases!

I visited Buzz Chewbecause my lease was up on my 2013 Cadilac ATS. The salesman that assisted me was very knowledgable and helpful. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured. (I had visited 2 other dealership and the salesman in those places were more aggressive.) After taking the car for a test drive and going over the financial end of the deal I decided to lease the car from Buzz Chew mainly because of my salesman. As a single woman I felt at ease and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of during the process.. He also had a technology representive go over all the basics with me prior to my departure.
