We have used this dealer in the past. We have always received excellent service. We have bought 2 new cars from this dealer. Sales people are excellent and their knowledge about cars is phenomenal. Would recommend this dealer to all.

Wonderful car purchasing experience!

We had a wonderful buying experience with this dealer. Everyone was friendly and professional. We worked with Edgar Casillas on the purchase and were impressed with his knowledge of the product, professionalism, and friendliness. After the transaction, he gave us a great tutorial on the cars many features. We would definitely shop this dealership again when we're in the market for a car, and we look forward to bringing our Buick to the dealership for service. They have a great reputation in our community, and they certainly demonstrated to us how they earned it.

Very pleased with Roe Buick

We were pleased with our experience at Roe Buick, Grand Island, NE. Our sales person, Edgar Casillas was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job providing us information about our new car purchase. The business manager, Tommy Velaquez, was also very professional and courteous and made the "paper work" portion of the sale go extremely well. There were no "high pressure" sales tactics used, and we were treated very well. In shopping at other dealerships in the area we did not experience this same type of great customer service.

Only Went to See!

This was our first time to visit Roe's. We went there to look at Buick Encores, since they had a good inventory of them. However, we ended up purchasing. The sales staff was very courteous and no high pressure--just the normal pressure you expect from a sales people. I recommend anyone to at least consider Roe's for a car purchase.

Seamless car buying experience

Todd and Mikaela made my first solo car buying experience so seamless and wonderful! I purchased my (new to me) Tahoe recently from them. They had the BEST deal around and didn?t have ?typical dealership attitudes?. They made me feel so comfortable and it was a quick trip! Thank you Roe, Grand Island!
