Very pleased with Roe Buick

We were pleased with our experience at Roe Buick, Grand Island, NE. Our sales person, Edgar Casillas was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job providing us information about our new car purchase. The business manager, Tommy Velaquez, was also very professional and courteous and made the "paper work" portion of the sale go extremely well. There were no "high pressure" sales tactics used, and we were treated very well. In shopping at other dealerships in the area we did not experience this same type of great customer service.

Only Went to See!

This was our first time to visit Roe's. We went there to look at Buick Encores, since they had a good inventory of them. However, we ended up purchasing. The sales staff was very courteous and no high pressure--just the normal pressure you expect from a sales people. I recommend anyone to at least consider Roe's for a car purchase.

Seamless car buying experience

Todd and Mikaela made my first solo car buying experience so seamless and wonderful! I purchased my (new to me) Tahoe recently from them. They had the BEST deal around and didn?t have ?typical dealership attitudes?. They made me feel so comfortable and it was a quick trip! Thank you Roe, Grand Island!

Best Salesman in town Edgar C.

My husband and I brought my mom in to look for a vehicle that would be comfortable, easy to get in and out of and for her to see good over the hood as she is very short and an older woman. Edgar found the perfect vehicle to fit her and in her price range. Rav 4 was the perfect fit for her! Edgar was very patient with her and very informative about the vehicle and with everything she had questions about with the cost to get it licensed etc. We ourselves would do business with Edgar in the future and will recommend anyone we know looking for a vehicle to Edgar as well! Edgar is very good at what he does!

Good experience
