Subaru’s online salesman Dutch contacted me about a car they had that I was interested in, he confirmed it was still there, gave me the salesman Chad’s number to call, I went over to test drive the car immediately, and I bought the car a few days later when my financing came through. The car was well serviced, inspected, and Chad made sure I knew how to work the fancy stuff! I am so happy with the speed and service and niceness of buying from W & L Subaru! Chad tells me State Inspections are free for the lifetime of the car, and I do get a 3 month limited warranty. Chad checked to make sure any recalls on that model were completed. I feel very secure that I got a great car at a good price. I will be sure to tell friends that W&L makes buying a car painless.

Really incredible selection, very practical and transaction oriented discussion with the internet manager and kind attention from sales. There was more of an adjustment for our trade-in than I would have liked but the trade-in was not in good cosmetic condition and W&L were open about the reasons for the reduction. In the end, it was a fair deal for the exact car we wanted. I paid cash and the financing discussion was one of the easiest I've experienced. Only meaningful options were discussed and there was no pressure to accept them. I really only have one complaint -- W&L have a policy that they won't hold a car unless a non-refundable downpayment is made on it. Given that I drove in from 150 miles away, I was definitely taking a risk that either my downpayment would be lost or the trip would be in vain. In the end, the car I wanted was still available and it didn't really matter -- but some acknowledgment of the effort I was investing in the sale would have been appreciated.

The only thing we're unhappy about. Are the wheels on the car. That problem goes to SUBARU not W&L. The wheels that come on the Legacy prem. are a lot nicer than the ones that come on the Prem. limited. But W&L wouldn't swap them either.

My experience at W&L was amazing. Becky was great! She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She had the car ready to go for my test drive and was so helpful with helping me return my lease at their Nissan store. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle to go see the first-class crew at W&L Subaru. I love, love, love my certified pre owned Subaru, It's just what I wanted and they made everything so easy, Thanks guys!
