Common problem with seats not covered said it’s not under warranty it’s trim. Common Issue: Bolster Cracking and Tearing: Many owners on the Subaru Outback Forums note that while the flat center panels are real leather, the outer side bolsters use a cheap synthetic vinyl that stiffens, cracks, and splits around 40,000 to 85,000 miles. Private upholstery shop will do it for $700 less

Made appointment for 10 and was told they were busy and might be 2 hours,took 21/2 hours to complete point being why make appointment if they can't get you in on time
