Absolutely, the worst dealership experience ever. I much...

Absolutely, the worst dealership experience ever. I much rather have paid an extra 10k and went to the Jeep dealership in summit, NJ and have received much better service. First issue was my sales manager was too busy to walk me through the car upon me picking the car up. Second we found scratches on the side of the car and marks on the back seat. My salesman said it’s covered under the warranty and he will order another one and schedule a date to get it all fixed. 4 months later still waiting and service claims there was never a order out in. Please please if your looking for a Jeep DO NOT USE this dealership!

Disrespectful, Arrogant, and Dishonest

Yesterday I went to Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram intending to purchase a vehicle. I had done all my research on the value of both my vehicle and the new one. I made an appointment with Mike the sales manager and was told to ask for him when I got there. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment. A salesman, Amir Haidi approached the desk and offered to work with me. We sat down at his cubicle and began to discuss numbers on the new Grand Cherokee i wanted to buy. He had my vehicle appraised and we continued to negotiate. The value came in laughably low and I negotiated for them to give me more on my trade. Then we negotiated on the price of the new vehicle. From the very beginning of our conversation, Amir was condescending and dismissive. He treated me as though I was an ignorant first-time buyer and tried to steamroll me. He pegged me as a young inexperienced buyer without any knowledge of the business. He couldn’t be more wrong. After negotiating for a while, he called his boss, the sales manager, Mike Markoski, over to talk with me. Mike pulled up a screen showing what my monthly payment would be and we continued negotiating. At that point, Amir chimed in and said that all I needed was a ski mask because I was trying to rob them. I refused to be called a thief, so I got up and left. On my way out, Amir sang “Na Na Na Na Hey Hey Goodbye” at me in front of a sales floor of people. His manager sat there and watched. I was disrespected but most of all embarrassed. No customer should be treated this way. Car sales are a give and take, and apparently Amir was more inclined to ridicule a customer than strike a deal. I called the general manager upon leaving and left a voicemail for him telling him about the situation. It’s been more than 24hrs and I still haven’t received the courtesy of a call back. You know what they say, a fish stinks from the head down. A cursory search of Google for “Amir Haidi” will tell you everything you need to know about the type of employees that Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram seeks to hire. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership if it was the last one in America. They are disrespectful, arrogant, and dishonest. Avoid them like the plague, unless you enjoy being treated horribly.
